Their delivery time was the most impressive by far! Smashed our brief within 3 weeks. At the time, we were working on deals so it was important that we had a website that showcased our experience and brand. Very presentable.

The initial project was scoped by myself and communicated to the team. From there it was reformed many times to get it to the point it was at delivery. We have had similar processes with clients that we refer, an initial scope is made, and reformed with much help and guidance from Teko to ensure all objectives are made.

What was the team composition?

In our instance, the backend was made customised in-house, we only required design and streamlining services from Teko, of which was extremely easy to communicate requirements and get the job done. This was all resourced through the project lead at Teko.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have had great success using the internal system, however, we do not record tangible gains with the system as it is not necessary.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We never have any issue with communication, the team at Teko make it a walk in the park to communicate requirements and any changes.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Teko is able to achieve great results in a small time frame. Their prompt delivery made the remainder of the internal process for implementation a breeze; by being ahead of the timeline, we had more time to spend on the internal matters.

Are there any areas for improvement?

More regular updates on the progress of projects are always great, however, like most companies we all get busy, so the amount of communication is understandable and we have just come to understand that the project is still proceeding.

From time to time, we work with specialists in development, SEO, photography, video, and various other services in order to provide full service to those customers. Teko helps us with web development, specifically.

All of our clients have been very happy with the deliverables Teko helps us provide. We happily continue to work with them because we are able to rely on the quality of what they provide, no matter the situation.

How did Teko perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team is very organized, and we use Skype and WhatsApp to communicate as well, which helps us stay on top of the work. I work at night, so the time difference between our teams is actually ideal for me.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Once they’ve delivered a product, there’s very little reworking that has to be done. They prioritize getting it right the first time, which I really appreciate.

No, they are really good at everything they do.

Just give them a shot and see what they’re capable of. As long as your teams are a good fit, you’re going to have a really successful relationship.

I’m an Executive Assistant at Tranex Power. We’re a renewable energy and power systems provider that designs and constructs utility-scale solar projects, battery energy storage systems, and prime power solutions across the Asia-Pacific region.

What challenge were you trying to address with Teko?

Outdated branding & current website. A new look and feel was necessary to better represent our company’s capabilities, previous experience and standard of delivery. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Teko provided brand evaluation and refresh, as well as website design and development. Regarding the brand evaluation and refresh, the team assessed our previous logo and color palette. In alignment with our vision, they worked to create various new branding options for the new site. This included a complete brand book with everything from colors and fonts to site office, plant, and equipment design and uniform guidelines. Our whole brand was refresh. Regarding the website design and development, Teko provided a complete website overhaul. Our old website was very outdated, used the old branding, and didn’t adequately show our capabilities and experience. The team worked to create a professional website in both visual appeal and functionality.

We worked with 2–5 teammates from Teko.

We found them through an online search. We chose them over other options because they were a great culture fit.

What is the status of this engagement?

The engagement lasted from June 2025–April 2026.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Teko delivered a brand book and branding, as well as web design and development. The new website was a lot more functional and visually appealing, so based on those aspects alone, it had significantly improved the user experience. We saw a lot of engagement on the new site in the initial days of the launch. In the first three days of launching, we measured over 2,000 events. This was a significant amount and showed our users were interacting with the site. 

How did Teko perform from a project management standpoint?

The project ran overtime. However, this was largely due to us changing visions during the project and requiring multiple revisions of the branding and web design. Teko were flexible and worked to ensure our changing requirements were met. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Ease of communication. While Nathan was the main point of contact, he was easily accessible, and happy to jump on a call to address any concerns promptly.

Slightly more attention to detail when presenting updated revisions to ensure all prior feedback was correctly closed out.
