The Service is not launched yet. But The government which this product is being developed for is already very impressed by the quality of the product.

I communicate with all the team members. But the meetings are always arranged and led by the project Manager. We communicate via Skype, WhatsApp and Zoom. The meeting are recorded and a copy is always sent to me. We communicate on a weekly basis, generally.

Our experience with TechnoExponents was extremely challenging. While they delivered some work, the project was left largely non-functional, with thousands of unresolved functional bugs, misconfigured AWS infrastructure causing unnecessary costs, and critical security exposures. Core architecture and backend design were flawed, and testing as specified in the contract was not completed.

Despite full payment, issues with already delivered work were largely ignored, and additional payments were requested to continue work rather than addressing the defects in paid work. Communication and project management were inconsistent, and staffing levels were insufficient for the project’s scope.

Based on our experience, we cannot recommend hiring TechnoExponents. The project was left largely non-functional, with critical bugs, poor architecture, and serious security issues, and paid work was not properly addressed. Prospective clients should be aware of these risks and exercise extreme caution.

Throughout the engagement, we repeatedly provided detailed, written lists of major technical bugs and system deficiencies at your team’s request. However, after submission, these issues were not meaningfully addressed, commented on, or resolved. Instead, we were often asked to provide additional lists or further detail, without any clear remediation plan or progress on the previously reported issues. This resulted in a growing backlog of unresolved defects despite ongoing communication and cooperation on our part.

In addition, I identified serious technical and architectural deficiencies. These include improperly designed system architecture, with core business logic implemented on the front end rather than the back end, and incomplete or missing backend components. The codebase reflects poor TypeScript practices, including excessive hardcoding and string-based logic, which significantly impacts maintainability and reliability.

Strengthen technical staffing and expertise, improve architecture and code quality, implement thorough testing processes, enhance project management and communication, responsibility for paid work.
