The full lifecycle of the Cybersecurity Monitoring API was developed as part of the scope. We started with discovery sessions, then gathered comprehensive requirements and built an architecture according to our infrastructure. They implemented an API that followed REST principles, secure data storage on servers and during transport, webhooks for fast event alerts and logging that passed data to our SIEM. The main deliverables were thorough API documentation, integration test suites, scripts for setting up containers and a controlling panel for checking API activity and errors. The team also performed several rounds of penetration testing together with our internal security professionals.

The range of work we had to cover was big. Technithunder took the project from the early concept stage through wireframing, backend work, connecting APIs, designing the UI/UX, testing it and placing it online. The system consisted of specialized tools for planning their marketing campaigns, preparing reports in real time for clients with accurate professional metrics, linking to platforms like Google and Meta and a visual dashboard that showed all their campaign information at a glance. They developed mechanisms for managing user roles, monitoring communication between our teams and clients and a notification system for all.

The impact of Technithunder’s work was immediate and quantifiable. We tidied up a lot of our internal campaign management processes. Development involved building everything from the ground up for an EHR system connected to practice management functions over the cloud. This meant coming up with a database system for detailed patient files, adding role permissions for each user type and adding modules for making appointments, filling out charts, issuing prescriptions digitally, linking with laboratories, handling billing and reporting. Doctors and their teams also set up ways for departments to talk in real time and for patients to access their health information, make appointments and talk to caregivers securely. They also worked on the frontend to help the user interface display properly on the desktop and tablet devices most used in our clinics.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The positive changes were easy to observe just one quarter after deployment. Because of automated billing and scheduling, the amount of work handled by administrative staff was greatly lowered. How quickly data on patients was accessed and updated increased and doctors commented on how easy the system was to use. Moreover, with improved validation in the billing module, the rate of rejected claims decreased, a clear sign that the software operates correctly.

The scope involved a great variety of work. The discovery phase at TECHNITHUNDER included talking to stakeholders, assessing our platforms using heuristics, comparing them with competitor sites and creating detailed user personas. Once that was finished, we started on UX strategy to look at how users move through our websites and identify issues and ways to enhance them. The design team gave wireframes, design systems and working prototypes at a high level of detail for both desktop and mobile displays. They supplied a fully formed UX strategy document, addressing how to implement new features, improve customer journeys and use A/B testing in the future. Now, our internal team is using this toolkit to make sure everything is consistent and to grow.

We did a full website redesign which included custom features for our trucking needs. We had an interactive load booking feature, real time fleet tracking integration, and a responsive design that works great on desktop and mobile which we implemented. Also we did search engine optimization for better search engine performance.

After launch we saw which which which was very positive. We had a large drop in the bounce rate, which means users are interacting with our site more so. Also we saw an increase in online quotes and bookings, that was our main goal. Also our customers have been very positive about the look and feel of the new site which has improved our professional image.
