A complete solution was required to handle a huge amount of data, allow for custom endpoints, document events and stick to strong approval procedures. The full lifecycle of the Cybersecurity Monitoring API was developed as part of the scope. We started with discovery sessions, then gathered comprehensive requirements and built an architecture according to our infrastructure. They implemented an API that followed REST principles, secure data storage on servers and during transport, webhooks for fast event alerts and logging that passed data to our SIEM. The main deliverables were thorough API documentation, integration test suites, scripts for setting up containers and a controlling panel for checking API activity and errors. The team also performed several rounds of penetration testing together with our internal security professionals.

Doctors and their teams also set up ways for departments to talk in real time and for patients to access their health information, make appointments and talk to caregivers securely. They also worked on the frontend to help the user interface display properly on the desktop and tablet devices most used in our clinics.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The positive changes were easy to observe just one quarter after deployment. Because of automated billing and scheduling, the amount of work handled by administrative staff was greatly lowered. How quickly data on patients was accessed and updated increased and doctors commented on how easy the system was to use. Moreover, with improved validation in the billing module, the rate of rejected claims decreased, a clear sign that the software operates correctly.

The scope involved a great variety of work. The discovery phase at TECHNITHUNDER included talking to stakeholders, assessing our platforms using heuristics, comparing them with competitor sites and creating detailed user personas. Once that was finished, we started on UX strategy to look at how users move through our websites and identify issues and ways to enhance them. The design team gave wireframes, design systems and working prototypes at a high level of detail for both desktop and mobile displays. They supplied a fully formed UX strategy document, addressing how to implement new features, improve customer journeys and use A/B testing in the future. Now, our internal team is using this toolkit to make sure everything is consistent and to grow.

We had an interactive load booking feature, real time fleet tracking integration, and a responsive design that works great on desktop and mobile which we implemented. Also we did search engine optimization for better search engine performance.

After launch we saw which which which was very positive. We had a large drop in the bounce rate, which means users are interacting with our site more so. Also we saw an increase in online quotes and bookings, that was our main goal. Also our customers have been very positive about the look and feel of the new site which has improved our professional image.

Our scope of work was very wide, and we had it precisely what we wanted it to be. The cloud architects worked in-depth with our team to design and implement a scalable AWS-based infrastructure, which we counted on for high availability and fault tolerance. 
We also saw the DevOps engineers implement CI/CD pipelines, which, in turn, reduced deployment times and improved efficiency. We had the cybersecurity teams do a thorough study of our systems and implement advanced threat detection and mitigation, which, in turn, protected our sensitive data.

• We hired Technithunder because many of the existing dental equipment manufacturers had developed bloated, outdated sites, our main task was to refresh an old design. The old site was slow, clunky, and poorly-organized, it didn’t have the functionality we needed to showcase our products. Optimizing for mobile was also one of our concerns, along with integration with our CRM system, which enabled tracking leads and finding ways to serve better experiences for our customers. They also paid a lot of attention to mobile optimization, ensuring they had the range to go as smooth as ever on all kinds of devices. Security was also a priority, they introduced SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and regular vulnerability scanning to secure sensitive customer data.
