Our team began by meeting with and consulting important stakeholders from our clinical, administrative and IT divisions before anything else. That information led them to design a modular platform that brought together scheduling, data management, billing, reporting and communication among different departments. One major issue they had to overcome was building a special API that securely makes it easy for the new platform to send and receive data with our old EHR systems.

A main output was a web-based dashboard accessible to staff with individual security levels, a mobile app authorized only for doctors, appointment tools linked to reminders, an integration with insurance systems for billing and analytics for management. All security requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) were followed and the team completed a number of security tests before releasing the platform.

We could tell immediately after the rollout that Technithunder’s work had a real impact. • We turned to Technithunder which was at a point of not being able to scale our wholesale business because our eCommerce platform was out of date and inefficient which in turn couldn’t manage the increase in order volume or give our customers a smooth experience. What we really wanted was to put together a very functional and easy to use eCommerce site which would in turn support our growing product range, improve order fulfillment and at the same time tie in with our present inventory system. Also we aimed to improve the over all customer experience by including features such as personal product recommendations, easy navigation and mobile friendliness.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The scope of work started out, which we spent in workshops with them (Technithunder) and our internal team to identify what our present pain points were and what we wanted as outcomes. They then put together a very in depth plan to rebuild our eCommerce platform from the ground up. We chose the new platform for its scalability and flexibility which also included custom features for our wholesale business. In this new platform we have a fully responsive site that works well on desktop and mobile, a simplified order management system that integrates with our present inventory software, and in built advanced search with filters for product categories, brands, and price ranges. Also they put in a loyalty program for our repeat customers, personalized product recommendations from past purchases, and a secure payment gateway for international transactions. Also they ran in depth training sessions for our staff to guarantee a smooth transition to the new system.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project’s results were game changers for us. We saw a large jump in on site activity within a few weeks of going live with the new eCommerce platform that also saw more mobile users in our which we report as a positive trend due to an improved shopping and purchase experience. Also we saw a big drop in order processing mistakes and we were able to turn around orders faster which at the same time upped the accuracy of the fill rate. We also got reports from our customers that they loved the easy to use interface, that pages loaded quickly, and that the personal touches we added made them happy which we know translated to more positive reviews and more repeat business.

We also saw major impacts from our point of view. In addition to getting more wholesale customers we also had a rise in direct to consumer sales. Our loyalty program put us at the front of the queue for people抋s repeat business while also the better search feature helped them to find out what they wanted fast. At home base, the system that went into our inventory management was a hit we could see our stock levels in real time and that also played a role in us not over buying what wasn’t selling and out of band of what was.

Technithunder did an excellent job in project management throughout the collaboration. We saw strict adherence to timelines, in many cases they beat the set milestones. As for when we had issues like with the integration of third party APIs, they opened up lines of communication and put forth creative solutions which kept the project moving forward. Also they were very responsive to our needs which included fine tuning features based on our input and also in providing extra training for our team what they did was far beyond what was expected of them.

What is most notable about Technithunder is their technical skill set which we also found to be very in tune with our industry. Supplier of fabrics for drapery/curtains, upholstery, blinds and cushions, plus a wide range of wall coverings. We also provide a full made to measure service and contract FR fabrics.

• The initial goal was to refreshing up the e-commerce platform that we had in place, so that the users from the Textile Manufacturing industry, which is our main client, could be better served. Our website was slow, clumsy to navigate, and missing important features modern buyers expect, including advanced product filtering, smooth mobile responsiveness, and an intuitive checkout process. Our user engagement was low, and cart abandonment was high, which were both causing us to miss out on sales. Moreover, we also required a platform that could integrate with our inventory management system to provide real-time product availability updates. Their range of services included everything from design to deployment. Starting with wireframes and prototypes to sketch out the new site architecture concept, they made sure our site structure would be as intuitive and visually aligned with our brand identity as possible. These prototypes were the backbone of our system, and once approved, they continued into full-scale development, where they introduced advanced filtering options for product categories, AI-driven product suggestions, and seamless integration into our inventory management system to streamline operations. They also invested a lot in mobile optimization, so that the site would be perfectly usable across any device. Security was also a priority, they brought in the likes of SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and regular vulnerability scans all in an effort to protect sensitive customer data. Key Outcomes: A fully operational e-commerce platform, internal staff training, in-depth documentation on updating and maintaining the site post-launch.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new online store was also vastly better in various performance metrics, not to mention that it looked way more professional and modern. Page load times were dramatically improved, and the simplified navigation resulted in longer sessions and increased user engagement. Crucially, these improvements also resulted in concrete business impact, showing a strong increase in completed purchases, even more so from mobile users, one of our significant weaknesses. Feedback from customers then showed how the site was not only easier to use, but that it looked a lot better, and was having a positive impact on conversion. Moreover, real-time Inventory integration drastically improved operational efficiency for our sales and logistics teams.

They kept timelines faithfully, hitting each milestone on or even before schedule. Whenever we faced challenges beyond our initial expectations, they met them head-on with rapidly devising innovative solutions, whether this was in respect to legacy systems that had to be integrated with the new platform, etc. Their proactive communication style ensured that we were never out of the loop, we received weekly progress updates on the project and were able to do monthly check-ins to discuss specific issues. On the marketing side, the effectiveness of our campaigns is enhanced with our new secret weapon and the operations team is enjoying simplified workflows through real time analytics.
