My previous developer was not able to separate individual purchases from subscriptions via PayPal. TechMarcos did this with no problem. They also identified areas where best practices should be implemented and I asked them to take care of those things. 
They suggested that, since my service is a bit obscure, the viewer would not necessarily be able to understand what it is when they visited my website, so we are working on a new home page design.

They sold me on a home page redesign on the concept that people visitng the site wouldn't understand the product/service. But the first pass at design didn't address that concept at all.
