As feedback and new feature requests came in from early pilot users, TechCronus has been able to expand Dock Optimizer with additional features like an Analytics module, Reporting, and building a real-time Door Management tracker. Going forward, we intend to work with TechCronus to keep iterating based on user needs and adding new features that will make Dock Optimizer far stickier with customers like connecting with IoT devices and sensors.

Both projects were delivered within expectations. I appreciate the fact that both projects were started by other developers and had failed before I asked Techronus to take over. Not many software development firms would do that. Techronus did that and back themselves in spite of the risk.

### Kids Learning and Gaming App
We worked with the Client to help them bring this idea to market by building a Quiz Game WebApp and making fun learning indispensable. Teachers create the quizzes by adding a cover image and dragging objects on the image providing clues for students to solve the mystery/puzzle from that image. The process starts with the school teachers registering themselves to this system. Once teachers are registered, they can design quizzes, add objects, add questions/answers, and generate the invite codes. The students who receive the invitation code will only be able to join and play the quiz. Teachers can also see students who have joined via invite code and can control the start/end of the quiz. After completing the quiz, a scoreboard is displayed to the teachers and if not satisfied with the scores, the teacher can ask students to replay the game.
Key Features:
- There are two types of users in this system: i) Teachers and ii) Students.- Teachers are the admins as they can create the quiz games and send invites to the students.- Students through the invite code received, can enter the quiz and the teacher who created the quiz will get the notification, and will approve to admit the entry of the students.- The questions can be of 4 types:    - Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)    - True/False    - Images    - Free Text- The questions in the quiz can contain images, audio clips, video clips, information blocks, and music clips.- After enrolling into the game, the students get the timer showing the remaining time to start the quiz.- Once the quiz starts, the students will play the quiz and after completing the quiz the students will be able to view the score. Techcronus worked with the Client to help them bring this idea to market by building a SaaS Multi-tenant Onboarding Platform. It basically equips the Hiring Managers and Onboarding teams in the organizations with a common shared platform to plan a complete onboarding process with all real-life scenarios. This was implemented using OU/OG structure implementation to manage hierarchical and non-hierarchical flow used to organize the dependency of employees in the hiring process. The process starts with HR adding the employee to the system and entering all the Personal and Onboarding details. Once the Employee is added to the system, the HR can assign the task to Hiring Managers for further processing. This will help the Hiring Managers to have a task list ready with the required details by making it easy to track the tasks and complete the onboarding process persuasively.

Techcronus worked with a UK-based Client to help them bring this idea to market by building a Smart Kanban Board Mobile App bridging the gap between physical and digital Kanban boards. This was possible using OCR technology used to recognize the text written in Physical Project Board and pass it to Digital Jira Board using Jira APIs. The process starts with printing Jira tickets and sticking the pro-tier issues on a physical board. Once the users are done with updating the issues on the physical board, they are able to capture the board and upload it to the app. This will result in the Jira board getting updated with the new changes made on the physical project board. No personal data is collected within the app.

User can access the pool of sites by logging in with his/her Jira account credentials.
Users can choose the project from a pool of Jira sites assigned to his/her account.
After selecting a project, the user is able to access Kanban of the respective Jira project where the user has an option to Scan board, Add Issue, Print Board.

Users can choose images of the physical board from a phone gallery as well as can scan the board using a phone camera for a live preview of ticket detection.
Users can sync physical board columns by drawing line separators that already exist in the physical Jira board.

Techcronus worked with the Client to help them bring this idea to market by building an Insurance Management Portal bridging the gap between physical and digital Insurance methodologies. The portal allows the users to upload their existing policies and explore new policies along with a feature letting them compare their existing policies with newly available options of policies. This system was built using .NET MVC with the help of Angular and AWS which is a web-based portal that aims to help users upload their existing policies, get new policies, and renew and compare the policies of their assets as well as pets. The portal has cards showing a list of policies’ history including active and expired policies with the policy details. Users can take advice from advisors for other available options. The Auditor can stamp different milestones on audit like Started, in progress, completed and can create tasks for approval from the supervisor.

Techcronus worked with a UK-based Client to help them bring this idea to market by building a Smart Kanban Board Mobile App bridging the gap between physical and digital Kanban boards. This was possible using OCR technology used to recognize the text written in Physical Project Board and pass it to Digital Jira Board using Jira APIs. The process starts with printing Jira tickets and sticking the pro-tier issues on a physical board. Once the users are done with updating the issues on the physical board, they are able to capture the board and upload it to the app. This will result in the Jira board getting updated with the new changes made on the physical project board. No personal data is collected within the app.
