We hired Teamseven to build our SaaS platform from the ground up. Our goal was to create a modern, scalable system specifically for the removals, storage, and logistics industry that would streamline day-to-day operations for our customers.The platform needed to bring together CRM, job management, storage management, marketing, automation, reporting, customer communications, and third-party integrations into one easy-to-use solution.
We also wanted a development partner who could continue to evolve the software as our business grew, implementing new ideas and features based on customer feedback while maintaining a reliable and secure platform.

Teamseven has been responsible for the full software development lifecycle. This has included UI/UX design, front-end and back-end development, database architecture, API integrations, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance and support.
Some of the key deliverables include our CRM platform, job management system, storage management module, marketing tools, customer and partner portals, automation workflows, reporting dashboards, payment and accounting integrations, AI-powered features, and mobile-responsive functionality.
They also continue to implement new features based on customer feedback, optimize performance, and ensure the platform remains secure, reliable, and scalable as our business grows.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The results have exceeded our expectations. Since launching the platform, we’ve grown to serve over 200 companies, with the software becoming a core part of their day-to-day operations. We’ve significantly reduced manual administration through automation, improved efficiency for our customers, and successfully launched multiple new modules and features based on user feedback.
The platform has continued to scale reliably as our customer base has grown, with excellent performance and uptime. One of the biggest measures of success has been customer retention and satisfaction, with many customers actively recommending the platform to others.
From a business perspective, Teamseven has helped us turn an idea into a successful commercial SaaS product that continues to evolve. Their ongoing development and support have played a major role in our growth and the continued success of our software.
We don’t publicly share all of our commercial metrics, but there are several measurable outcomes that demonstrate the success of the platform. For us, the biggest measure of success is that Teamseven has helped us transform an idea into a mature, commercially successful SaaS platform that continues to grow, evolve, and support hundreds of businesses every day.

After four years, they feel more like a long-term technology partner than a software development company.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Honestly, very little. As with any long-term software project, there have been occasional challenges, but Teamseven has always been transparent, proactive, and quick to resolve any issues. They continuously listen to feedback and improve the platform, so we have no significant areas for improvement.

We needed an online survey that could be electronically sent to families and service providers, with results aggregated so that both could see how the autistic child performs at home and school. We also wanted an online coaching platform to support efficient use of time and team collaboration.
