Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

We tasked their team with optimizing a custom e-commerce platform where the list of products is integrated into the solution. There were more than 20,000+ products to sort and the ability to apply filters to leverage the usage of it. They created an option to find a store nearby, where the user can enter the postcode or town name to find a store. A detailed screen will show the address, contact information, location map, and photographs of the store. Other features include payment gateway integration, product selection, and purchasing. Each user has a profile with a history of payments that are cleared and pending. Members can log onto the web portal directly using member portal featured in the mobile application.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The successfully developed solution expanded the usage of the website and lets customers purchase services and parts available. The easy and secured online payment feature helped the customer keep track of payments and even relieve them from paper-based record maintenance. Due to the easy use of the website, the appealing design of it helps attract more customers.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We used Trello, email, and Skype to communicate and stay updated on project development. The overall project management was excellent, and the team always kept us updated on project milestones. We were struggling to keep feeding information to TatvaSoft because their execution was very quick.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their team excels at monitoring work and delivering on time, along with accepting changes if asked. It is difficult to find that trait, and they were a good fit to accomplish our objectives.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

The only suggestion I have is that TatvaSoft can do bit more testing before releasing any updates to the customer.

Users could now simultaneously upload large videos onto our platform as well as to YouTube and Facebook. They developed the site using Magento and implemented a mobile responsive design.

TatvaSoft allowed us to provide community-requested tools that users continue to use to this day. Their development work enabled us to adapt to user needs and, over time, improve the site’s loading speed as we grow our user base internationally.

Throughout the process, the project manager maintained direct contact and kept us updated. They were extremely helpful and delivered in a timely manner.

I valued their responsiveness and reliability. If I had any inquiries or wanted a status update, I could always reach out to the project manager. They made an effort to communicate with us and made sure to ask questions when they needed clarification. No, nothing comes to mind. As a software development company, they’re well-rounded and fully capable of creating a wide range of products using various programing languages. What were your goals for this project?

I wanted to create a platform to provide clients with the best trading platform environment possible, regardless of their level of experience. I envisioned a platform where users have free access to professional third-party picks and predictions as well as live betting indicators.

We visited TatvaSoft’s headquarters in India in order to discuss our requirements with their pre-sales and analyst teams. They presented us with a roadmap on next steps, and their project proposal was cost-effective and precise.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

TatvaSoft produced a wireframe based on the pre-defined scope, which was to create a social platform with various features and complex functions. Clients could use the tool to calculate profitability on the live match odds with highly-accurate predictions. In addition, clients could use social media functions to “like,” comment, or share their achievements. The scope expanded to a new version of the platform, which allows clients to do a straight away trade. They developed a new platform that is prediction-centric so clients can utilize advanced tools to predict and place bets through highly-secured payment gateways. They designed a new interface that has pre-game and in-game betting. It includes all the calculations/algorithms needed to understand what is going on when odds drop or lift.

What was the team composition?

We worked with a business manager in addition to the pre-sales and analyst teams. Two designers and a project manager worked on the wireframe, and a system architect managed the framework structure and modules breakups. About 6–7 designers were assigned to the backend execution and module delivery on the test server. One QA specialist did system testing according to predefined test cases, and one developer was essentially “on call” whenever I required any help.

TatvaSoft helped turn my idea into reality with their creative and interactive design. I found their calm and steady approach to be quite proficient, which lead to successful deployments. By incorporating real-time information from different platforms, they’ve given the user the best possible experience. I foresee growth of the platform in the future.

The team was transparent and effective. Since I don’t have a background in IT, they provided me with detailed information about processes and stages of execution. I found their approach to very professional. They worked exceptionally fast and delivered on time. I was able to reach them via Skype and email, which was convenient.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Their team developed both our web and native mobile applications to involve the components we required. We gave them the data we wanted to be featured, and let them be creative so we have the best possible product. I did not provide any wireframes or technical documentation ahead of time.

Total, there are about six people working with the team. There was one experienced employee who served as the main point of contact and translator. Throughout different phases of the project, a different member works on the project. Team members include a tester, an iOS expert, and other employees that helped sort out the logistics of the applications.

They reached out to me initially via email and asked for a test project. I was in the process of looking for someone to partner with to build applications, so I gave them a test project. Their team performed decently and we’ve been working together since.

We are in contracts to spend about $50,000, but so far we spent about $20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

I don’t remember exactly when we first started working together, but my best guess is January 2017. We’ve worked together since then and plan on being long-term partners in the future.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We did not launch any of our applications yet. We are in the test phase right now and getting government approval. We are waiting for a couple parts of the project to be reviewed before testing resumes. Once we sort it out, we can proceed with the testing.

How did TatvaSoft perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate mostly through phone and email. Every Friday, we have a Skype call to check in on the project progress and to give them assignments. I deal with the investors, so they sometimes need to fulfill new requirements.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I think the management is excellent in the sense of managing resources. They consistently meet my expectations and meet the requirements. They are flexible in terms of meeting our needs when project requirements are changed.

Are there any areas they could improve?

So far I am satisfied with the work. However, sometimes it's difficult for them to work with clients like me in the Netherlands because we have a different approach to project management of app development than the United States. I think they missed the creative aspect of the development process. When I worked with developers in the past, I would give them data and they would devise a visionary design on their own. TaftaSoft works in a way where they have a list of features they need to include and then they ensure that they are added to the app. They leave the design process up to the client.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

The TatvaSoft team developed a desktop and cloud based e-security surveillance system that manages access to our various sites from a centralized command and control center. From a configuration and management perspective, the devices were plotted logically while they were also setup and installed physically, in parallel, at each site. Afterwards, alarm settings pertaining to the failure of the device and detailed logs can be entered into the system, according to our standard operating procedure. System administrators can then create users, assigned a particular task to a user, schedule and time guide tours, manage user designation, manage system settings, and manage video playback views.

Currently, we’re in the process of enhancing and upgrading the system with the latest security devices from numerous known brands. We’re also considering bringing in predictive video and incident analytics to improve our overall ecosystem for effectively managing security risks. They also integrated hardware like PTZ cameras, fixed cameras for movement and monitoring, access controllers for authentication, bio-metrics, fencing security, door sensors, turnstiles, and other devices for automated security management.
