Tallium developed the PROSTOR mobile application from scratch, delivering the full product architecture, UX/UI design, backend and frontend development, user profile, loyalty program integration, catalog, promotions, purchase history, and secure authentication system. They provided complete API documentation and coordinated technical integration with our team so we could implement gamification and customer engagement mechanics.

The PROSTOR mobile app successfully launched and reached thousands of users, showing strong engagement with the built-in loyalty program and gamification mechanics. User activity and retention increased after release, and the project won two Bronze Effie Awards in Experiential Marketing and a special award for The Most Effective Digital Development.

Overall, the collaboration was very well organized, and we did not encounter any significant issues. The Tallium team responded quickly to feedback and made adjustments whenever needed. At this stage, we don’t see any areas that require improvement.

The assignment was based on an agile process. All development was added to a backlog that ended with continuous deployment. Tallium delivered all tasks with high quality and high efficiency all tasks.

We had a very clear and open dialogue with the management at Tallium. They quickly answered all our questions with high precision. It is noticeable that honesty and clarity are a central part of Tallium.

Since this project is ongoing we have only managed to recently deploy the web platform and are eargly awaiting the deployment of native apps.

The speed of implementing features can both be a blessing and a curse, although we appreciate fast implementations we've found ourselves needing to backtrack on our demands a few times when there have been miscommunication.

From the very beginning, our values and needs alignments were considered and their team applied. It was important for us to have an age & gender diverse team designing and developing our new platform and Tallium caught onto this early on. We loved the evolution of the designs post Youth (User) feedback but also the product ownership they gave and strategic direction they provided.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Tallium Inc. could have done differently?

Tallium performed well and I am grateful that they were transparent around changing priorities, timelines and impact of architectural choices. There were a couple of instances where non-approved technology choices would have or did lead to budget implications and in a non-profit environment, that's a potential issue to improve on.

We hired Tallium Inc. to work on wireframes, UI designs and illustrations, for our new learning experience platform.

How did you select this vendor?

We went through a couple of proposals and Tallium's emerged the best.

The Tallium team would always first try to understand the business case of the problem we were trying to solve at different stages. They would then internally brainstorm on designs and would always present at least 2 or 3 different representations for us to select from on Figma. We would have weekly review calls with the team where they would walk us through the reasoning behind different designs and our team would share our views/preferences. The Tallium team was open different viewpoints, and would iterate accordingly until the desired option was identified.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with 3-4 team members; one illustrator (occasionally), two UX/UI designers, led by the Chief Business Development Officer (as a project manager)

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Throughout the design process, we would carry out testing with real users and the feedback was always good. The users navigate the screens with little to no difficulty.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had great, open communication lines between both teams, and would always communicate even when they could not make a meeting (e.g. a holiday or sick leave). The Tallium team would always be willing to adjust to make up for any lost time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were always open to feedback and their ability to adapt was superb. Requested changes were always implemented swiftly.

Developing the refined and user-friendly eco system needed for our customers required no small amount of expertise. Connecting the stakeholders of our industry requires tight project management across all applications where Tallium have provided invaluable support.

The choice came down to cost-effectiveness, competence and trust where we feel that Tallium have really delivered.

From the scoping out of our dynamic web applications (based on Laravel/React) and the first design wireframes, Tallium have been able to advise all the way til completion and launch of our MVP.

Due to a very recent deploy we have so far only managed to complete performance testing and eagerly await the commercial results.

A few miscommunication errors and opinions voiced or not voiced with bad timing. Although working together over time often leads to learning what needs to be said and not.

One of it's flagship product is a retail analytic platform called BraiytVu that is designed to provide an AI-driven analytic platform for physical retailers. BraiytVu collects data from a list of various IoT sensors and connected CCTV cameras, and these data points are processed and presented to retail operation teams in both real-time as well as historical reports.

The objective of this project is to redesign the UX/UI interface of our platform, and ensure the sub-modules that make up the Management Dashboard were intuitively designed with an attractive and easy-to-use Analytic interface, including the development of all the front-end artifacts.

We reviewed Tallium previous work, had a meeting with them to discuss the project and received their proposal and approach. We liked what they presented and decided to proceed forward with the engagement with them.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The outcome of the design phase far exceeded our expectations. The design team was able to understand our aim and objectives and provided various designs that helped us refine the final output. We were so happy with the design and the way the project was managed, we decided to give engage the Tallium team to also do the development. The results were amazing.

The PM style was professional. A communication channel was established in slack. A weekly touch-point was scheduled, and we were able to monitor the project progress comfortably.
