I am the owner of a small law firm handling adoption, family law and school matters. The nature of my business requires utmost confidentiality and working IT systems.

My previous IT companies could not manage our needs or effectively work with Apple products such that our internet, email, and fax systems were constantly going down bring business to a halt. Also, our previous companies were not always responsive in a timely manner for emergencies.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I met the owner Zach in my professional networking group and was impressed with is experience with Apple products. He was very personable and I liked his business model and his pricing was competitive.

Tailored Technology handles all of our IT components, including internet, security, phones and they are available 24-7 to service or handle any IT issues and emergencies.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There is always someone on the team of technicians to handle any issue. The owner is available when requested for questions or bigger issues.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since working with Tailored Tech, our downtime due to internet outages and issues with calendar synching have significantly decreased. We can now rely on our IT systems to work, and there is immediate and effective help when they do occasionally falter.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team is extremely responsive and follows up to make sure the issue has been resolved.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I appreciate their responsiveness, friendliness, and knowledge. They take care fo all our IT needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No complaints at all.

Tailored Teach has been instrumental in our companies growth and success. They are available for onsite support, and remote support. They are either a call, or a email away.

First project we gave them was Gmail migration. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional during the process. The migration was completed without any hiccups.

They have a support team. Their team has become an extension of us! Devin, Winston, shoemaker! these individuals are always so helpful!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Wifi setup in our office! Gmail migration, account setup, admin support, new hire setup, computer management. All these services have been exceeded expectations.

Their process is extremely efficient and effective.

The feeling of familiarity when calling. They do not out source.. everyone speaks perfect English and beyond knowledgeable.
