From developing all the details of planning a specific district strategy, to the actual execution and implementation of all the elements contained within it, the CESO Strategic Planning platform strives to solve the most difficult challenges associated with strategic planning in K-12.  We needed the entire app built from the ground up and help creating a user flow that understandable and easy.

A cross platform mobile application has been built which enables a customer to capture key data from an on-site visit. The application is map based and the user can mark out plots, capture observations with a camera, view map overlays derived from satellite images and enter metadata. All this information is real-time synched with the cloud over a back end API. 

This data in turn is viewable via a react based web front end which interacts with the back end through the same API layer. This application allows the user to view a large number of different map and data overlays coming from satellites and public apis. They can also view and extend the site mappings created on the mobile app. From here they will design solutions, and view the results expected

We work by increments and measurement is tagline meeting the documented requirements for each increment. Each of these increments represents a step forward in functionality for the mobile and web app, and tagline has progressed steadily and reliably against these.

Tagline has consistently met our expectations on deliverables and been very responsive to feedback on the details. One of their strengths is communication. They estimate work before delivery and usually the development time is close to the initial estimate. Where there are problems or questions these are raised promptly and we always find a solution. In all these situations tagline comes with a positive can-do attitude.

We needed to have a MVP developed for our company. We already had wireframes and designs. The development consisted of designing and developing the back end. The front end needed to be a cross-platform app in either React Native or Flutter. The details of the implementation was up to the developpers.

Tagline showed a working prototype every week that we could test. In the end, they delivered a full working android and ios app including database and server. Every bug we identified was swiftly fixed exactly as we wished.

We had a meeting with Tagline every week where we would discuss the achieved goals from last week, what issues they faced and what they would work on next week. These meetings were invaluable because we could see progress and resolve issues before they became bigger problems. They always delivered on time. We often had small adjustments or improvements and they would implement these without hesitation and exactly as we described.

We were looking for a React Native developer with experience building apps using HealthKit in iOS. Our current proof-of-concept app read data from Apple Healthkit using RCTAppleHealthKit and displays simple charts using Victory charts. 

We needed someone to take the app to the next stage, by implementing a crisp and clean design. We already had the high-fidelity designs ready. It was important for someone to onboard quickly and deliver fast. We expected clean code which is regularly pushed to our Github repo.

Our internal engineering team is working on the backend parts of this new experience but we were looking for a contractor to build out two front-end sections to help speed up the timeline on this project. 

Upgrade Existing Dashboard Campaign Manager Overview metrics and campaign details for all marketing campaigns created within the platform. This would include graphs, charts and detailed numbers related to customers, engagements and conversions. Campaign Creator Creation of an interactive campaign creation tool with workflows and decisions to ensure customers are delivered the correct message in their lifecycle.

This project involved the migration of a Flutter mobile app. using a RoR backend over that was live on App Store and Google Play to completely new hosting on AWS. It required porting over the front-end code and updating it to the latest version of Flutter. The transactional email service was transferred to Amazon SES. Some updates to the app were also required to meet new App Store requirements - including user account deletion option.

The migrated app v1.9.2 went live on AppStore and Google Play on 22FEB2023. There were a few minor bugs that were quickly addressed and v1.9.3 was live 02MAR2023.

Communication and project management from Tagline Infotech LLP were excellent! They provided daily progress updates through Slack or your tool of choice. There were a couple of complications during the migration project that did cause some delays, but they worked through them and got things resolved.

Once the project entered the QC stage, they were VERY thorough. They even found edge-case issues with the app. that were there before the migration project and resolved them.

Tagline have a great company culture and team. There communicate and engagement with me on the project has been fantastic. I have really enjoyed working with them. I look forward to working with them as we continue to grow our products.

The application is fundamentally built on data aggregation and translation. I have designed a data graph that builds out complex relationships and standards into a seemless front end and reporting tool. Our initial challenge was to connect all the pipes of data providers, then translate through the data graph and finially interpret this graph into some existing 3rd party function providers as well as some custom function we built on swift and soon andriod studio.

I have worked with around 5 people from the company. I have spoken to many more. Their project management has been fantastic, all their staff have been very good with communication. We connect on calls and discuss issues, they have come forward with ideas and options for improvement. Our project is quite complex, the team has done a good job in understanding and working towards our vision.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are deploying our first version to the app store in the coming weeks. We will then work on our Android studio version which is exciting. Going back a little, our first deliverable was around the data layers and then implementing the data graph, and finially the integration with firebase and our third party providers, plus developing our own functions. It has been a great project.

Our team used Slack, Jira and google meet. We had daily checkins on Slack. I connected with Taglines project manager every second day, sometimes more during the early days of the project. We kepted a really good pace thoughout the project. I felt confident the whole way through.

Communication, execution and speed. I hope to continue working with Tagline for a long time. They understand complex technical requirements, and they have a team that quickly gets up to speed. They take time to understand the vision and the business objectives.

I feel I could have improved in my delivery of information and assumed knowledge of realestate in Australia. It is something I need to be aware of.

Every iteration we have done with TaglineInfotech has run smoothly, on time and within budget. Whenever there has been an issue, they have been very helpful at providing input for finding possible solutions.
