Scope of work: Set up the Playwright automation framework, defined the test strategy, converted manual test cases into automated scripts, and executed end-to-end testing across multiple environments. 

Key deliverables:A reusable automation framework, automated P0/P1/P2 test coverage, end-to-end test suites, defect logs for issues found during execution, and validation reports showing improved product quality and reduced manual effort.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Achieved 70% automation coverage across P0, P1, and P2 test scenarios. Reduced manual testing efforts by 60–70%. They delivered a stable Playwright automation framework with strong coverage of our critical healthcare workflows, and all agreed milestones were met on schedule. Test scripts were reliable, defect logging was systematic, and the final automation suite clearly reduced our regression effort while improving release confidence. I especially appreciated their responsiveness to change requests and their focus on aligning deliverables with real business needs rather than just technical metrics. Tabdelta Solutions delivered a robust Playwright automation framework for our healthcare product, achieving around 70% coverage on critical P0–P2 flows and reducing manual testing effort by approximately 60–70%. Sunil and Harshil showed strong ownership, clear communication, and deep QA expertise throughout the engagement. I especially appreciated their focus on aligning tests with real healthcare workflows rather than just UI steps. There is some room to further enhance stakeholder‑friendly reporting and knowledge transfer so internal teams can extend the framework independently, but overall I’m very satisfied with the quality, responsiveness, and impact of their work

Whenever new needs emerged (additional scenarios, environment changes, reporting requirements), they refined the strategy, extended the Playwright suite, and shared progress with clear reports and defect tracking so you always had visibility into quality and risk. A few areas stood out where Tabdelta Solutions could further improve or do things differently.

Invest more in usability of reports and dashboards for non‑technical stakeholders (clearer visual status, trend charts, and simple defect summaries) so product and business teams can consume QA insights without needing a deep technical background.

Expand documentation and knowledge transfer on the Playwright framework (structure, conventions, how to add new tests) so internal teams can safely extend automation without depending heavily on Tabdelta’s engineers.

We were looking for Salesforce QA to conduct comprehensive testing of the Salesforce platform and related applications to identify and report any issues, bugs, or data integrity concerns. TabDelta team QA is working dedicatedly on this project from last 5 months and we are very much happy with his efforts.

He has developed and executed test plans, test cases, and test scripts specifically tailored to Salesforce functionalities, data access, and permissions management and helped in delivering quality product.
