We needed to build and expand our platform rapidly, so we required a QA engineer to work closely with our core technical team to thoroughly test new features, identify regressions and edge cases, and help ensure a consistently high level of quality across the platform.
Our platform has many interconnected workflows and AI-powered features, so we needed someone who could go beyond simply following test cases and really understand the product, take ownership of quality, and proactively identify issues before they reached customers.

SysGears provides ongoing end-to-end and regression QA across the Raisi platform. Their deliverables include detailed test plans and checklists, structured bug reports with reproduction steps and supporting evidence, release validation, and ongoing regression testing as new functionality is introduced.
Sofiia (QA Engineer) has been responsible for testing a wide range of complex product areas, including our AI-powered company intelligence and fundraising workflows, investor matching, pitch deck and financial analysis, investor outreach, CRM functionality, data rooms and document sharing, meeting recording and transcription, third-party integrations, onboarding, billing, and permissions.
A particularly important part of the work is testing how these systems interact rather than simply validating individual screens.
For example, when we introduced our Context Harness (the shared company memory layer used throughout Raisi) QA helped cover the full workflow from ingesting company information and documents, through AI analysis and generated recommendations, to confirming that updated information propagated correctly across the product and did not introduce regressions elsewhere.

The clearest outcomes have been improved release quality, fewer issues reaching production, and significantly more confidence in our ability to ship quickly. Raisi is a fast-moving product with a large number of interconnected features, so having dedicated QA coverage has allowed our engineering team to release new functionality much more aggressively while still maintaining a high-quality bar.
Their team consistently identifies bugs, regressions, edge cases, and usability issues before they reach customers, including issues that would be difficult to catch through automated testing alone. Another meaningful outcome has been the amount of engineering time saved. Because they take ownership of testing features thoroughly and independently, our developers can stay focused on building rather than having to manually validate every workflow themselves.
Over time, they have also developed a deep understanding of Raisi, which has made the QA process increasingly efficient and effective. Ultimately, SysGears has become an important part of our release process. Their work has directly contributed to a more stable product, faster development cycles, and fewer customer-facing problems.

SysGears developed a web portal for our Persist AI clould lab.  The web portal included methods for our customers to enter parameters for specific pharmaceutical formulations and associated testing.  The parameters were technically very specific to the customers' chemical and process details.  SysGears developed and tested the code, held handover meetings with the Persist AI software engineering team, and addressed follow up questions to make sure we had everything we needed to do later feature additions and maintenance.

Testing was fully completed and allowed release 1.0 and 1.1 of our product. Our process requires post execution review of scripts and the comments/corrections required were limited.

The only challenge we have is the timezone difference, the tester's day is half over by the time we start work, so if there's a challenge or hiccup we may lose time.
