Despite the SysGears developer being in another timezone, he managed to handle the work so our client didn’t even notice it. They communicate via video calls and text messengers, their responses are timely. The developer always completes the tasks on time, and we can rely on them.

The delivery of the platform that we had asked them to deliver with all the requirements that set out met.

The team ensured that we were involved from day one in the entire process and adjusted the way of doing their work to really meet our needs. Everything was delivered on time. And were very accommodating of our specific needs.

The overall team was great, the culture of being helpful and going out of their way to make sure we were taken care off. The team members that were assigned to us and worked with were really amazing, and it felt as if they were part of our team.

Honestly speaking we were very impressed with Sysgear and their way's of working, and we would be looking to continue working with them when the time is right. There isn't anything specific to call out, not because there was nothing that needed improvement, but because they were so great and pro-active in listening and working with us to fit our specific needs.
