The overall team was great, the culture of being helpful and going out of their way to make sure we were taken care off. The team members that were assigned to us and worked with were really amazing, and it felt as if they were part of our team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SysGears could have done differently?

Honestly speaking we were very impressed with Sysgear and their way's of working, and we would be looking to continue working with them when the time is right. There isn't anything specific to call out, not because there was nothing that needed improvement, but because they were so great and pro-active in listening and working with us to fit our specific needs.

MotionElements is an e-commerce platform - an online marketplace for video creators. We sell digital creative assets such as stock video, stock music, stock video templates and stock 3d models to b2b to b2c customers.

With the completion of our rebranding exercise by our branding agency, we had a new logo, branding style-guide to be implemented throughout our website. SysGears was hired to implement the rebrand.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• We are deploying updates to our website step-by-step according to our product roadmap. We have regular weekly meetings and schedule other sessions when needed. The communication is clear and quick, we always get the answers we need.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Our UI/UX team from SysGears, as with all our other team members distributed globally, communicate via Slack and Zoom in a full remote-base setting. Our team collaborates and manages all projects and tasks using Jira. We have regular ad-hoc small team meetings where needed and scheduled twice a week catch-ups for all teams and bi/monthly retrospectives. 

UI/UX design team have their own board in Jira and their tasks are described there so managers are able to check their progress. Other than regularly passing deadlines, the SysGears team keeps all up to speed with their progress with daily/weekly reporting.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their exceptional creativity and inspirational ideas consistently deliver remarkable results, even in situations where our requirements may not be clearly defined. They have an innate ability to offer a plethora of options to choose from. Furthermore, we highly value their conscientious approach towards the business aspect of our collaboration. Their dedication to not only completing specific tasks but also achieving our overall objectives is truly appreciated.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SysGears could have done differently?

Nothing at the moment. The services that SysGears is currently providing are precisely what we are seeking.
