We created detail specs with wireframes for the application and provided APIs for mobile app to connect. From there on, they created the app front end and delivered the project seamlessly. There was regular updates, complete transparency, and clear communication.

The project was delivered within the timeline and cost and all the objectives were met.

We followed Agile Development with 2 weeks sprint. There was a daily stand-up meeting, with all tasks updated in Jira. For any prompt messaging we used Teams with GITHUB as version control.

They were very easy to work with. There was transparency. The communication was clear, updated were shared regularly and the change request were effectively managed.

We hired Synclovis for a 4-5 week sprint that was focused on updating our app functionality and bug fixes.

We had a previous relationship with this developer so their familiarity with the project and code base was the deciding factor along with their great reputation.

Due to recent iOS and social media updates we were experiencing a number of bugs & crashes on our iOS app. Synclovis was able to guide us through the process of testing, troubleshooting, and deploying a version 2 of our app that is up to date and functioning as expected.

The CEO was our first point of contact and his knowledge and assistance assured us that we had made the right choice by reaching out to Synclovis. Additionally, we worked hand in hand with the CTO and 1-2 software developers throughout the entirety of the project.

Synclovis was able to provide a sound and complete iOS mobile app that was accepted to the iOS App Store on the first try. Additionally we haven't experienced any bugs or crashes on our mobile app since Synclovis's deploy.

Anooj was an exceptional project manager whose timeliness and expertise was able to complete the project on time if not a few days early! Sprint outlines were extremely beneficial in keeping the entire team on the same page in real time.

Our team was blown away by the attention to detail shown by Synclovis as they were able to identify a number of bugs & crashes that we were not aware of.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

This is to no fault of their own but the time difference between our locations did prove to be challenging at times.

We were stuck at some key functions of the website like filters not working & UI was also not as per the design due to a content-rich website. The website wasn't responsive as well. That is where Synclovis came in and provided really fast solutions to all the issues.

After onboarding synclovis our key functions were solved in 2 days time. It took a week to correct the UI & they worked everyday as per constant feedback, the UI was corrected in a weeks time and it took another week to make the website responsive which really helped.

There was constant and clear communication via channels like slack, phone & sheets. All the timelines that they had committed were met, sometimes we received the changes earlier than committed as well. I would say their project management style was very hands-on and clear.

The knowledge and expertise of multiple technologies. They were able to understand everything during the first meeting and briefed us about the timeline, which they followed precisely.

The project management was very effective—everything was process driven. Collaboration with Syncolosis Systems was great, as we had complete transparency about which team members were assigned to certain services. We got weekly progress reports in a timely manner, and all team members were prompt and very supportive.

We wanted to create a mobile gaming platform that captured consumer data around products, brands, and interests. Everything on the platform, including content uploads and data recordings, needed to appear on the admin portal.

We considered three development companies that we found through our network. One of our investors knew the CEO of Synclovis Systems Pvt. Ltd. from college, so we connected with him on Skype. They had the lowest proposal by far, and they worked in React Native. After speaking several times, we wanted to partner with them.

After we partnered with Synclovis Systems Pvt. Ltd., they drew up a timeline that included phases, benchmarks, and timelines. They are building a fully functional mobile app that integrates with social media and text messaging.

During our meetings, we discuss features and they guide us with valuable insights and innovative approaches. My co-founder and I design the wireframes, and they ensure that everything looks good and makes sense. 

We have put the website on hold for budgetary reasons, but hope to develop it soon. They have also helped us set up our advertising.

My project manager leads meetings and guides the team toward our goal. We work with seven additional team members: three React Native developers, two backend developers, and two QA specialists. Once the platform launched, we trimmed the team down to three developers and our project manager. Now, just two developers help us with maintenance.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have launched successfully and attracted over 3,000 downloads. We have many loyal users who love the UI/UX. While the platform is a work in progress, Synclovis Systems Pvt. Ltd. addresses any issues that arise. When the platform is finished, we will be able to analyze its data however our customers request.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our project manager is great. Even though they're on the other side of the world, their response times are great. During the main development phase, we spoke on Skype at least once a week and communicated on Basecamp frequently. They are punctual, so communication is never an issue.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their knowledge of mobile app development is impressive! They have made many invaluable suggestions about the mobile app and the admin portal. This was our first development project, and they have been a great resource.

I thought some tasks could have been completed more quickly, but I don't know anything about app development.

The project was largely delayed due to external circumstances but the Synclovis team has promptly implemented all requests and assisted us at every step, even after the launch.
