The Digi Room was crucial for Digitel, serving as a space for interaction with industry stakeholders, media, and high-profile clients. It required a technological environment for seamless, professional communication.

The solution enables high-quality in-person presentations and conferences, while also ensuring smooth content sharing via digital channels, expanding the reach of events. This enhances both in-person experiences and strengthens Digitel’s digital presence with the same quality.

Key installations included a 98-inch smart screen, a centralized audio system, and a secure solution for easy content sharing with attendees.

I'm the digital strategy leader for a telecommunications company based in Venezuela.

What challenges were you trying to address with SupraBT?

Our company's foundation created a space that works as a museum and educational center. We have a digital room with about 40 computers and an auditorium with workshops, conferences, etc.

We hired SupraBT when we started with this project because we needed to automate the services we provided there and improve our audio, our projections on screens, lighting, etc.

In the beginning, we had a big team, but we currently work with 1–2 people from their staff.

We worked hand to hand with the telecom operator, and they were the ones who had SupraBT on their list of services providers. They gave good references for their work, and after evaluating proposals from several companies, we thought theirs was the one we found best for our needs.

We've spent around $36,000 with them so far.

We started working with them around 2017, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Their services were very good for us; when we started figuring out our requirements, we approached them, and their proposal was far superior to what companies offered. They seem always to be one step ahead. 

They always make great suggestions and can see things that sometimes we don't to help us overcome obstacles in advance. Also, it was very hard for us to maintain the proper functioning of the rooms; now, that hasn't happened, and we can offer our services in both showrooms and reach more users than we used to. 

How did SupraBT perform from a project management standpoint?

They are always on time — their team has even delivered before our expectations. Regarding communication, we use WhatsApp, in-person meetings, and phone calls.

Since we first saw their proposal, we felt they were better than their competitors, and we were not wrong; we're delighted with our decision to work with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on — if there is anything that they don't feel confident about, their team does their research and ensures to be ready to do everything well.

One of the advantages I found working with them was that they are very flexible and open; we can talk to their CEO without any issues, so there are no obstacles, and that is with all of their team; they're always available to help.

They were already working with the company when I joined in. However, I know they were referred. Our company lost its database due to an unfortunate omission and needed this kind of support right away, so they were the ones chosen then. From then on, everything has worked perfectly, so we have extended our collaboration.

Since its delivery, more than 15 exhibitions have been presented that have had a high impact on the academic community and the citizens who visit us. We are the first and only university in Venezuela that has a digital art room. This space contributes to improving performance, concentration and creativity in all areas of knowledge, allowing you to develop communication skills, knowledge of physical laws, color theory, etc. among other benefits.

We hired SupraBT for two separate installations. One in Lima, Peru and one in Caracas, Venezuela. Their team executed both projects flawlessly and efficiently.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They are a preferred vendor in the LAC region.

We first were introduced through a local GPA partner. From there, we shared floor plans and design drawings approved by the local architect. We then cut them a PO for the work and they procured the equipment quicker than anticipated. Once the equipment arrived, they scheduled the service visit and got the job knocked out in record time~! Then we paid them....lol

We had over 10 team members collaborating. They were all levels of positions including high leveled executives. The job position one holds does not dictate how successful the project is. A company's employees are their most valuable assets.

The end user was very thrilled.

Weekly meetings and status updates were given in a timely manner. They make the process SO easy.

Wish we could work with these guys on a daily basis.....they are THAT good.

They’ve been responsible for installing Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, and Dell NetWorker software. Furthermore, they’ve supported us with help desk, infrastructure, and application services.
