The app development was allocated a number of stages to ensure that each stage was completed before moving on to the next stage. The project is a success because the app is live on Google Play and Apple and is working well. The team were incredibly dedicated to ensuring my app's success. The website is a success because it has met the brief and also live and works well.

They consistently communicated via email and we had Zoom meetings at various milestones to discuss the project's needs. What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Trust building. You take a big risk investing your money, IP, ideas, time and love when you build an app. Working with an organisation you have never worked with is an exercise in trust. It's vital to build trust at the outset. 

Because of the way the team was with me from our first phone call and then our first online meeting, I genuinely felt I could trust Supportsoft Technologies right from the beginning regardless of who was working on the project and where they were located in the world. They are highly service-orientated and genuinely want the best for their customers. 

As a result of the trust built, I will continue to work with Supportsoft Technologies on future projects and new versions of my app.

No matter what project you work on, there are always opportunities for reflection and growth. I'm genuinely grateful for everyone at Supportsoft Technologies - we've built a foundational working relationship now that is ongoing and I know we will build on what we learned and keep advancing. 

If I could change anything, it's more about my knowledge of how to build an app - I had never worked on an app before, so I've learned a lot about planning and forecasting in a lot more detail before you build the app. Supportsoft Technologies were very flexible and maintained a genuineness to see my project succeed even when we faced challenges completely out of our control. I'm so grateful for them.

The team developed a web app which allows doctors to put values into a web page and get a prediction on the outcome of patients who are receiving artificial heart-lung support. They took our compiled AI and developed the front- and back-end for us. They also did the frontend design according to our specifications and helped us to debug the app after development.

Team delivered a working web app that interacted with our compiled AI model and python code. The output displays a HTML file which is generated from python code.

Timely delivery of agreed features and good communication. They were very patient with my company, which can be slow regarding decisions and approvals.

I just liked that they got in and got it down. I would send them lists of things to fix and they would just fix it. It was very easy. They were one of the few companies that could build a web app interfacing with Python. Most of the other companies I spoke with could only do front-end design.

I thought they were pretty great. The final quoted price was a bit higher than the initial quotes, but they did a good job, so I didn't mind too much.

Our website was built quite a long time ago and it was outdated. When I joined Vitatree, the first project was to rebuild the website. The ultimate goal was to renew the website including upgrading the design, relocating the server, and enhancing website performance.

I was searching for a vendor and SupportSoft was one of the 1st companies approaching us. We went to several meetings and proposals before signing the agreement.

After signing the agreement, we had a kick-off meeting. We went through all of the requirements before Vitatree provided our brand kit. SupportSoft quickly sent us the wireframe and draft design. There were quite a few times of back and forth, yet we smoothly moved to the development phase. SupportSoft also helped us to consolidate the new website to Shopify and has been supporting us until now.

I mainly talked to Sandeep, who is the project manager. He was really helpful. There was also a developer dedicated to this project and she was proactive.

The new website works better than the old one. We got a few compliments from clients. The speeding is also good.

I’m the owner of The Worn Cloth, and we’re focusing on buying and selling designer items through consignment.

I had a concept, and I needed help designing a logo and setting up a Shopify e-commerce platform. After those were done, I would also be needing help in SEO and social media marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, SUPPORTSOFT designed my logo and business cards. After that, they developed my website. They also sent me online training tutorials on how to use the platform. 

SUPPORTSOFT then explained why we need to implement SEO improvements on the site, and they walked me through all the necessary steps. Additionally, they’ll be doing my social media marketing — they’ll handle my posts, emails, and monthly reports. 

My website is pretty much finished, and I’m only uploading products at the moment.

I’ve shown SUPPORTSOFT’s work to my family and friends, and they’ve loved it. I find it incredible how they’ve transformed my ideas into the exact logo design that I want. They’re a great team to work with — they listen to what I say, and they tweak my ideas a little bit to make them more marketable. 

I like working with SUPPORTSOFT because their team does everything — it’s more convenient working with them. I’ve come to them with an idea, and they’ve pushed the whole project along in one nice, easy package. 

I’ve always had a bricks-and-mortar shop, and I’ve had no idea what to do going from a physical shop to an online store. They made the whole process so easy, and they made me understand how everything works.

SUPPORTSOFT is brilliant at project management, and they’re quicker than I expected them to be. They also have excellent aftercare and support.

To create new product labels of 63 products. wanted to outsource this to help make the labels look more modern. we wanted this to help generate more sales.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We posted our query on a couple of different website (upwork / service seeking), the main things we were looking for was an Australian based business, one that could would within my tight budget and time frame. The main factor was the quote that was sent through.

NONE of the other quotes when into so much detail, as to what work was going to be done, Support Soft Technologies sent me through a multi page document which included alot of valuable information, by the time i finished reading it all i knew exactly what they were going to achieve and when i was going to receive my final artwork.

After a couple of emails back and forth (i didn't have a phone at the time), i supplied them with a some samples of the looks / styles i was hoping the end result would look like. I also supplied them with all of the details with what i was after on each label, it was a bit of a messy project on my part as i had several different label sizes across 63 different products. BUT the end result was a fantastic looking bunch of label designs.

I was first sent through a quote from the director, who then passed me on to one of their designers to complete the work.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results were fantastic, and I couldn't have done a better job myself. I don't have any results just yet but hope to soon, The labels are currently being printed, and i hope to take new photos and load them onto my website within the next week. I am doing a massive relaunch as soon as this is done, which i am hoping will bring in some much needed sales.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

From start to finish communication was great. They understood what I wanted to achieve and delivered me an awesome range of designs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am extremely happy with the end results of the project, the thing i found most impressive was the initial quote that came through, when i posted my original ad for this job i included as much detail as i could on what i wanted done, including the fact the i had a small and tight budget to work with and giving a list of all the label sizes and # of products per size.

Support Soft were the first to come back with a quote and i must say compared to all of the other companies that quoted this one stood out from the rest. I had some beyond ridiculous quotes come back, some were just too expensive others said the job was "too messy". From start to finish i had not one problem with Support Soft, even when the label designs came back for review most were perfect first go (others just needed a slight tweeking)

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't think so, i had great communication and was (and still am) extremely happy with the end result and i cant want to be able to take photo's and load them onto the website.

They're very responsive and easy to talk to. I could call the team at any time. If they can't pick up the call, they get back to me very promptly. We use phone calls, text messages, and email to communicate.

SUPPORTSOFT redefined and tidied up my website. They turned it into something that was more convivial with today’s market and what people were looking for. They updated the site’s content, and they suggested topics for blogs and keywords that I should be using. 

First, they looked at my site to identify areas for growth. We then discussed marketing processes of how to grow the business and achieve results within each niche.

They then implemented SEO modifications on my site. They also set up my blog and aligned it properly and effectively with our products. SUPPORTSOFT is currently working on the general marketing of the website.

They are also handling my Facebook and Pinterest ads. The whole process has been collaborative, but I have the final say in everything that happens. We reassess our campaigns monthly.

My company is far more advanced now compared to where it have been ten months ago. SUPPORTSOFT his capable of resolving all the issues and problems that we have. They’ve helped me in each aspect that I needed support. I’m satisfied with my partnership with them.

SUPPORTSOFT has been very good and patient with me. They’ve sat me down and explained to me what was the best way of doing something. They didn’t just do processes — they’ve explained everything. They want to work with me and help me succeed.

Sometimes, they’re a little bit late, but that’s because they want to do tasks properly rather than submitting them for the sake of submitting. 

We communicate through emails and Zoom. I receive a weekly marketing report that traces the results of our campaigns, which we discuss during our weekly meetings. 

SUPPORTSOFT has the ability and skill to call on people that are experts in areas where I might be struggling. Additionally, they are conscious of spending our ad budget, and they make sure they’re dispensing it wisely and in the direction of building our company.

SUPPORTSOFT genuinely wants to do the job properly. They have integrity. We have a favorable working relationship — they know what I want and what they need to give me. That makes it easier for us to communicate whenever there’s an issue. Their communication skills are excellent.

Believe in them. Like in any relationship, if you treat people poorly, they’ll treat you poorly in return. SUPPORTSOFT will deliver on their promises, so it’s easy to develop a relationship with their team.
