SupportSoft designed an app for our customers to log maintenance requests. We needed very simple and clear usability as our customers are elderly. We needed to collect the right information in a very logical sequence, and be able to access that data in a portal.

Extensive testing by our team. And finally testing by our client.

The project extended beyond the agreed timeline. However delays were caused at our end as well as the development taking longer than anticipated. They were always happy to catch up on the phone or zoom to discuss issues which was great.

The SupportSoft Team delivered items on time and responded to all of my needs. They took the time to walk me through all processes so I understood all aspects of the project at every stage. My Project Manager and I worked well together through some tough design and functional issues. 

Despite some tough 'problems' in making this project come to life, my project manager always found a solution. No problem was too big although it felt like it at the time. The team were always professional, highly skilled and as passionate about my project as I was.

No. Supportsoft accepted my feedback during the project. We openly discussed any concerns that arose, which was both refreshing and productive. Misunderstandings and confusion were addressed immediately because Supportsoft created a safe space that enabled us to have confidence in each other's integrity.

I've harbored this concept for quite some time and recently found the ideal tech partner to bring it to life.The concept revolves around an app where users can sign up to either explore hosts or find travel companions. 

Whether you wish to play the role of a host or a guest, the app caters to both preferences. Thanks to Supportsoft, the app has been developed exactly as envisioned. 

Users can effortlessly sign up, search for their intended travel destination, and peruse potential hosts with whom they can connect and spend the duration of their trip. The navigation is incredibly user-friendly, making the entire process seamless.
