Supportsoft Technologies was excellent. I found personally that it worked well for me to have regular meetings to touch base and ensure that we were all on the same page. I really appreciated that they were very supportive of this- I will continue to work with support soft and the only changes I would make is to have a regular meeting on the same day every week.
