Alleviating the workload on volunteers and streamlining the sales process. SupportSoft Technologies created the UI/UX design, identified areas for improvement, implemented best practice protocols and brought our idea to life.

The SupportSoft Team delivered items on time and responded to all of my needs. They took the time to walk me through all processes so I understood all aspects of the project at every stage. My Project Manager and I worked well together through some tough design and functional issues. 

Despite some tough 'problems' in making this project come to life, my project manager always found a solution. No problem was too big although it felt like it at the time. The team were always professional, highly skilled and as passionate about my project as I was.

I've harbored this concept for quite some time and recently found the ideal tech partner to bring it to life.The concept revolves around an app where users can sign up to either explore hosts or find travel companions. 

Whether you wish to play the role of a host or a guest, the app caters to both preferences. Thanks to Supportsoft, the app has been developed exactly as envisioned. 

Users can effortlessly sign up, search for their intended travel destination, and peruse potential hosts with whom they can connect and spend the duration of their trip. The navigation is incredibly user-friendly, making the entire process seamless.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They help in identifying areas that need improvement. I was involved in overall project progress.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Yes, the delivery was on time. We have done a few meetings in their office rest whennever needed we had Zoom calls. I was assigned a dedicated project manager, developer and designer. Process was quite easy.

They are knowledgeable and close to my place.

I don not think so they are good with what they do.
