Very excited to be working with Jose and his team, our website needed updating. I feel confident that our approved version of our website will engage our patients much more and encourage people to make appt to our clinic. We provide unique services that I know that Strive team can reach out to a bigger audience.  In the beginning, we focused on establishing trust and understanding each other’s working styles. Communication was the foundation, clear expectations and consistent check-ins helped us stay aligned.

Our collaboration with Strive Enterprises was very professional and efficient. The team worked closely with us to bring our website vision to life, and they showed great skill in both design and functionality. One area that could be improved is providing a bit more clarity on the timeline of the website launch. While the project was ultimately completed successfully, clearer updates on key dates would have helped us plan more effectively on our end. That said, their responsiveness, attention to detail, and quality of work made the process smooth overall. Strive Developed the Companies Weekly and Quarterly focuses. These are items that are the businesses highest value items. These are not just tasks or "To-Do" lists. These are for things that help the business move forward. They created the APP that utilizes these ideas and implement them.

There are hundreds of users now using the APP. Any hiccups that were discovered were fixed quickly. Strive went above and beyond to keep the APP working well to spec. They are also working on the ongoing changes and improvements. They did incredible work on the project.

Everything was within acceptable timelines. Almost all the items were on time or earlier. There were some things that took a little more time that took a little more time and energy. These often were because scope change or getting clarifications. Overall it was exceptional work and on time

They accomplished the scope of work promised. Hundreds of users are now using the APP on a regular basis. This was a many month project that had numerous details to it. It was a complicated tool. It took a lot of revisions and tweaks to get it honed in correctly. Strive worked diligently to get it right. They knocked it out of the park. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Strive Enterprise could have done differently?

The only thing is sometimes fixes would be in place but it wouldn't be communicated back that they were done. It's great that they were accomplished- it just would be helpful to know exactly when done so it can be communicated back to others.

We’re in contact with two people, but there are around seven people working on the project. We mainly communicate with a project manager, who regularly emails and calls us to provide updates. Cesar is also in constant contact with us.

The total cost will be around $40,000–$50,000. I've paid half of that amount so far. We’ve made an initial payment and will pay in different steps to see their work before making another payment.
