Raman and his team (Sanya) have to be the best agency I've ever worked with. We needed help redesigning and implimenting complex features into our Shopify store.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We wanted to add new functionalities into our Shopify store and update the design. The project was completed very successfully! We love every feature they designed and there were very little rounds of edits or feedback. Although the project was complex, it went very smooth and completed quickly.

Yes, they delivered projects on time and communicated turnaround time. They responded quickly via Google Chat or on WhatsApp. I was so happy to work with them and talk through problems. They had clear, great communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They're very professional, build out planning and costs quickly. They execute quickly with a really high quality. They noticed that the theme of our Shopify was out of date and they did a mock-up that matched our website branding perfectly and even gave us two options to choose from to determine which direction to go. They communicated quick and it was an ongoing teamwork. Raman would even message me on WhatsApp if an answer was needed or to talk through a problem. Really a standout agency and I'm sad the projected ended. 

They never overpromised and they were realistic. They went above and beyond and took feedback really well. 

I really valued that they'd text me or keep me updated along the way to look at a change here or there. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Stellen Infotech could have done differently?

Really, no feedback on what they could have done differently. This has to be the best agency I've worked with and I always appreciated the honesty.

WordSuccor, which was founded in 2011, offers WordPress web development services to small and large businesses. I worked as a IT Manager.

One of my friends recommended Stellen Infotech. His website looked attractive and was delivered at an affordable cost. Due to time limitations, I wanted to build my website as quickly as possible. After I began working with them, they also performed quality assurance and offered great suggestions for business growth. They were a superb team who responded very quickly to our requests.

What were your goals for this project?

I wanted a unique, attractive website that was easy for customers to navigate and for search engines to locate. We wanted to upgrade our WordPress development services and grow our business across the United States.

We had a team of about 9-10 to discuss possible solutions. One was a project manager, who had strong communication and technical skills. Their developers were also experienced and dedicated.

We were satisfied with the design and development resources assigned to us by Stellen Infotech. The team is professional and delivers high-quality services.

The project manager was professional and fabulous. I communicated with him daily via Skype and email, and had no issues.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Stellen Infotech is a group of young, professional people who are always ready to help. They are full of creative ideas and are always trying to understand your business goals. Stellen Infotech has great IT experience.

What tips or recommendations do you have?

I can't think of anything, because I never had any issues when dealing with them directly.
