They’ve taken our ideas and turn them into reality. They understand the backend of our ERP, so they can create a solution that’s designed as I requested. 

How did Star Software perform from a project management standpoint?

We primarily communicated via email and video chat, and if necessary, we share spreadsheets. Typically, we send them detailed requests of what we want, and they’re good at communicating about the estimated timeline. Their quotes are accurate, I’ve never had to pay more than the initial estimate for a project.

Anything I’ve asked them to create, they’ve been able to create. They’ve never said no.

The biggest drawback to my working with them is the difference in time zones. However, that’s never deterred me from working with them.
