The ultimate deliverable is a working website, upgraded to work on mobile devices, that projects a positive image for our company, produces an effective platform for customer interaction and e-commerce transactions. Ciril and team did a great job.

Very timely, given the difference in time zones. Ciril and team met our dates for prompt turnaround. Also, when the site was down due to server issues, Ciril and team responded quickly to get things working again.

Ciril met our objectives in a timely manner and offered suggestions for improvements that we had not considered.

It’s also a membership site, so the team deals with gateways, the membership process, and user registration for students and teachers.

Whenever there's an attack on the website or a functionality issue, they’re very quick to respond and they fix it right away. They also consistently maintain the site and keep up with the upgrades and patches.

From a project management standpoint, they perform really well. Whenever we have a milestone to cover, we have daily calls where we review the progress and the testing depending on which project phase we're in. Once a project is done and delivered, we’ll have regular maintenance to support it.

We communicate mostly through email and Skype.

We like that they connect with us at a personal level. Whenever I need them, they’re always available to offer support. They respond well, deliver consistently, and the quality of their work is always great.
