Subsequently, for a fee of $0.99, we facilitate the printing and shipping of the photo as a tangible postcard to individuals incarcerated in any prison across the country. 

Following discussions with our project manager, we devised a comprehensive plan to ensure that the platform met all our requirements. We initiated the process by establishing the technical specifications and creating wireframes. Prior to developing the backend, the Squillion Technology team focused on crafting the initial iterations of our user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) to ensure the front-facing elements aligned with our vision. 

Concurrently, they worked on building the database and implementing the necessary frameworks to integrate the app with our web application, enabling seamless microservice functionality. Furthermore, they diligently managed quality assurance (QA) procedures to ensure the platform was fully functional and devoid of any critical issues.

Due to the complexity of the project, we have had various milestones over the past 2 years, and we have a range of metrics to measure success for each product deliverable at each stage.

We have a full project management system that manages feedback and ascertains milestones. They perform very well and they are good communicators. We use project management tools such as monday.com. We also maintain daily contact through WhatsApp and email and use Microsoft Teams for calls, which we have often.

Everyone has things they could improve on, so I’d say they could probably improve on communicating when there are issues. Sometimes they would rather not say anything than say there’s a problem.

My advice to potential customers would be to always do your part, and Kalantak will do their part. Make sure you are staying ahead of their needs, and always ask what more you can do to make their process smoother. Often when the client isn’t ahead of them, it holds them up.

The website is basically an online calculator that allows users to do feasibility studies for different solutions including PV solar, electric cars and investing in a property. The tools were originally developed using excel. The generic layout of the website was developed by a third designer. Squillion Technology developed the existing excel models as online tools.

I have the website working fine. The tools in the website can be used the visitors of the website.

Items were delivered on time and needed changes were done.

Squillion Technology provided both frontend and backend work while collaborating with our internal development team. They have collaborated with us on numerous platform recreations and sprint-based product development projects.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our main objective was to develop a parking management software system, and we were successful in doing so. Although the product is close to being finished, there are still some issues. Nevertheless, Squillion Technology has been a pleasure to work with as we always strived to improve the product.

Squillion Technology is highly effective at completing tasks allocated to them; they adhered closely to the specification and successfully finished the majority of them on schedule and to a high standard.
