They were very particular on timelines and very transparent when it came to any kind of delays. They would proactively inform us in case of any issues and would be flexible in urgent cases and would even work on weekends for resolving problems.

Transparency, Trustworthy when it comes to founders and their involvement in projects. Their understanding on SAAS product that we partnered with. Their team was highly committed and went above and beyond to deliver on time. Very detail oriented in terms of proposals and scope and tasks thereof.

They can improve upon the project management skills by either training more of their staff on project management. In projects where multiple vendors are involved, they can definitely improve upon internal communication.
