I'm the director of sales and marketing for Innovative Beverage Concepts, Inc. We develop and manufacture a wide range of high-quality, award-winning café products, including beverages and oats, for food establishments and retailers worldwide.

We needed high-quality videos to help promote a new product launch and, in parallel, shoot multiple videos to support our product marketing efforts for our existing lines.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had one day to shoot 13 videos in multiple formats with photography in between. It was a big project given all the videos and set changes required. We shot recipe and how-to videos.

We worked with a project manager.

We found them through an online search. We chose them because they were close to our geographic location, had a great culture fit, and offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from July–November 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were able to produce over a dozen videos. The team is excited about the final product and impressed by the quality and creativity involved.

How did Sparkhouse perform from a project management standpoint?

Our project manager kept us on our toes, always being politely persistent to ensure progress in the pre-shoot planning, film day, and editing process. We communicated via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I've been working with The Sparkhouse team for over 10 years. I always get great production value at a cost much lower than other sources. And they're great guys, fun to work with, which is a bonus. Oh and their office bathroom is like something you'd find in a 5 star resort. And their breakroom is stocked with the best eats! (inlcuding our delicious Modern Oats Premium Oatmeal complete with protein and fiber.) Try some!

We needed to create a learning video for our software.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sparkhouse created a 60-second video. They also created mock-up designs of the software to keep the actual software proprietary. The team was responsible for animation and voiceover work.

They were great, and they have such a diverse team so you get every part of the process covered by people who know what they are doing. From the first interaction, Torrey was attentive and really knowledgeable. He gave me so much information before I even signed on, and connected me with other professionals who could assist me. Also, they stick to timelines and budgets, One thing that stood out most was the team's big-agency results, delivered with the small-agency service. A+! Would definitely use them again.
