I'm am the CEO and we develop work on Apps to disrupt the financial services industry.

To develop a brokerage app for Pakistan.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Through online search, providing scope document and shortlisting based on the submitted proposal.

The first step was a discovery phase, lead by process flow and user journey mapping. Afterwords, a priority list was assigned to the tasks and team members were introduced and shortlisted for those tasks, with weekly reviews of the work done.

7, QA, front end and back end developers, Project Manager, full stack developer

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The deliverables were of high quality and delivered on time.

The team, we're good at making notes of all what was discussed, to firstly understand what we wanted from the app in terms of the user experience and journey. They communicated on slack to resolve any misconceptions and met the timelines or conveyed any deviations in a timely manner, with proper justifications.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The company took my project as if it was their own and really took ownership of the tasks, which resulted in good quality outputs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Perhaps, they need to bring in extra QA representatives on board. However, when it was highlighted to them, they mitigated the problem.
