Softices' project management approach is commendable. They consistently delivered items on time and committed to meeting set deadlines. Their hands-on and communicative nature was also crucial in ensuring that our needs were met, and they were very open to our feedback as well. They also helped us document the project's progress, which helped maintain transparency and keep everyone aligned. Overall, they were such a reliable partner for this project!

In my opinion, it's their flexibility. They consistently strive to align with our needs and go above and beyond to accommodate our requests, even if it entails revisiting work. The team was not only skilled but also genuinely dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for our project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Softices could have done differently?

One potential area for improvement with Softices could be in offering even more proactive suggestions and recommendations. However, it's important to acknowledge that our software is quite niche and deals with very specific, complex challenges, so there was indeed a learning curve for the team.

The important part is they've shown a willingness to understand our unique needs and challenges, and being very responsive to feedback. I'm optimistic about the future of our collaboration, especially given their improved understanding of the specific solutions we provide and the industry in which we operate.

I wanted to make a social platform which will help community to get the details of religious places around them. i shared this idea with softices to materialize it. and they gave me the solution with this mobile application.

I searched for vendors online as well as locally who can materialize my ideas. i approached 4-5 vendors and consulted them, out of all those vendors Softices gave the perfect solution and with their own suggestions and ideas.

Scope of Work: See Salah start time ( Prayer times / Namaz times) of your location and any city in world, Receive NOTIFICATION (ALERT) if Salah time (Prayer time / Namaz time ) of your favorite masjid changes, Set your favorite masjid in WIDGET, and see salah times on Homescreen only, AUTO SILENCE: Set your salah times, and Mobile will automatically switch to silent mode (AUTO SILENT), QIBLA COMPASS.

 See Masjids around you ( Masjids Nearby ), wherever you go in any city in world (Map View), Distance of masjids from your location and navigate to masjid, See Salah times of masjids of your city as well as any city in world, Check for early or late Salah in your city, Share Salah time of masjid with your friends, Set Salah Alarm, Become a member and update Salah times of any masjid, Add any missing masjid.

Softices has been very active. They’ve given us a lot of recommendations, and they have good expertise in this kind of development project. Beyond doing their job, they’ve given us a lot of ideas and kept ongoing communication with us. Finally we build app which is more advanced then our idea.

They have used Jira as a Project Management Tool in this project. They Prefer Slack as a Communication Tool. They have hook up Project Management & Communication so whenever App updates or exception occurs, it automatically notify to slack channel with issue in details.

They have divided entire application into different phases with specific deadline.

Their level of enthusiasm for this project is impressive, and it’s been nice working with them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They continue to exceed expectations in all areas, and I am excited to watch them to grow.
