We saw a clear increase in qualified meetings entering our sales pipeline after the first period of cooperation. The consistency of follow-ups improved a lot compared to our internal handling before. We also noticed better response quality from prospects because the outreach felt more organised and less transactional.
  
   The inbound support also reduced delays in responding to inquiries, which helped us avoid losing potential opportunities during busy periods.

Project management was well organised. Deliverables and reporting were shared on time, and communication stayed consistent throughout the cooperation. They were responsive when adjustments were needed and open to feedback during the campaigns. 

  We had regular check-ins to review lead quality, outreach performance, and call handling, which made the workflow very transparent and easy to manage from our side.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

For us it was mainly the communication and how involved they were in understanding our business. They took time to understand how our product works and how to explain it properly to potential clients instead of only focusing on volume. 

   Also their agents sounded professional and calm during conversations, which is important when speaking with business owners and retail operators. It felt more like an extension of our own team than an external agency.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Social Bloom could have done differently?

In the beginning there was a small learning curve regarding some technical aspects of our display solutions, but this improved quite quickly after a few feedback sessions. Overall the cooperation went very smoothly.
