They basically analyzed my B2B sales targes, email messaging and process. Then executed sequences in the form of emails to go out to leads on the behalf of CloudTask

I worked directly with Caleb and Ricky, they have a team underneath them but I was working with those two POCs

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The sales copy was high quality and the lead flow was pretty consistent, we expected 11 meetings per month and we are averaging 11.3 Typically expectations in sales rarely get met and it was refreshing for them to be above expectations. Even though the delta was not massive it translated into more pipeline than we expected

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We were talking in real-time over Slack and WhatsApp they feel like an extension of our team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

There understanding of email copy and delivery

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I wish they had called to follow up with email leads. My understanding is that the offering should be released soon.

We searched for and interviewed content marketing professionals / agencies. Social Bloom stood out based on their professionalism and knowledge in the area of email marketing. They also manage responding to potential leads which was a USP.

Social Bloom created the content and sent it for review. They also created emails, managed our domains and supported us with technical questions.

They have an established workflow. Slack channels and a reporting software for easy reporting and accountability. Incredibly easy to communicate with and have issues resolved/questions answered.

They've taken the burden out of lead generation through their email marketing skills.

We interviewed a few different agencies. SocialBloom seemed the best fit because they offered a full package solution, as well as good analytics and data performance metrics.

SocialBloom is responsible for email marketing outreach. After a couple initial discovery calls. SocialBloom created the email copy, and handled the broadcast of our email messages. SocialBloom also handled initial customer interactions when customers responded to the emails and would pass them off to our sales team.

We work with Nenno, Caleb and Slobodan.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We've received about one response per working day, which is a major improvement over our previous response rate.

We primarily use Slack to communicate. The handoff of incoming responses was pretty easy with Slack.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We're impressed with SocialBloom's data-driven approach — it's more specific and targeted compared to the companies we interviewed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't think of much at this time. Perhaps an API integration with our CRM.
