We had the need to run an email campaign targeting a new niche for our outsourcing services. That means we needed to target the correct decision makers, in the channels they best repsond to, when seeing our message. SocialBloom helped identify not only the decision makers, but internal influencers, with their correct contact info (email, phone numbers, titles, etc). 

Furthermore, we worked together developing scripts and email templates that not only helped on this project but will with further projects down the road. Caleb and team were also transparent about ramp up time, which is extremely important so you have the right expectations as your project kick-offs. This project was a big success and we can't thank Caleb and his team enough. Highly recommend.

From the initial kick off of two weeks, everything is choreographed perfectly. We were given the materials we needed to fill out upfront, we had a kick off call via a zoom meeting. We understood everybody's rolls on either side. Communication was open, transparent, and responsiveness to our queries, needs, etc., we're not an issue, not even once

May sound funny but the answer is, "That their value proposition was actually their value proposition." We were told their goal was to get us qualified meetings with influencers and decision makers, looking to make decisions in the near future; and that's what we got.

I don't know about doing something differently, but I hope to work with them going forward, and that as we grow with them, they continue to be able to produce the same level of work. I don't see any reason why that wont, but it is always a good thing to keep in mind. For any company, actually.

• We landed quite a few calls and have had a good amount of replies that have turned into potential leads. We would have liked to close something, but as a company internally, we need to regroup on our potential target market.

Very clear on progress. We received weekly updates on their progress. We were always notified when someone has responded and what the response was, so the level of transparency is extraordinary. We ended up adding another service offering as well which they were able to adjust on the fly and execute quickly. We just haven't been able to close on our end.

Everything is done for you from start to finish, you just need to show up for the calls and be prepared to answer any questions they may need from our end to be successful.

There's always room for improvement. The more leads, the better as it leads to more closed sales. Their quality of work is high, and they've delivered results for us! We got 2 new clients! We'd love to continue working with them!

We used SocialBloom to help us bootstrap our FCR emailing process; they created two series and six emails for us. They also set up a domain for us to do the emailing from and automated the email-sending processes.

To start the process, we had onboarding calls to figure out the ITP, what market we were going after, and which buyers we were targeting — we got them up to speed on our business so they could do their work. We also talked through how we’d manage the relationship in an ongoing fashion, ensured that we had the right points of contact, and had a process for handing off leads that came in through SocialBloom to our sales team.

It was very time-saving for us that we didn't have to do the domain and the emails ourselves — that alone justified the investment. Additionally, we brought in about 25 leads, and half of those would be meetings, and the other half were ones to follow up.

Project management was very solid. Regarding tools, we worked mostly using Google Sheets and Slack. Overall, they were responsive.

First we went through a discovery phase where our business goals were discussed and our value propositions were identified. SocialBloom team then developed a drip campaign strategy along with the content for email sequences. SocialBloom used very specialized set of tools for this form of campaign. We have been using Slack for project management and team communication

We have worked with an Account Manager, an email campaign manager. To track the performance of the campaign SocialBloom has given us access to near real time dashboard

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We started off with a blank slate and SocialBloom's experience helped us shape the message and conduct an informal A/B test to determine audience response. All the performance metrics have been trending in a positive direction including open rate and click through rate. Our most important criteria has been customer response to our email and appointment setting.

Since our campaign started in Dec 2021, we have had a atleast one prospect per week responding. Since its still early in the process and we are in enterprise B2B market with an AOV in 5 figures, trends are more important than actual number at this point. However our goal is to have an average of 3-4 appointments per week over the next 12 weeks.

We use Slack for all our communications and its pretty quick and easy

The most impressive quality of the team is their ability to take technical jargon and convert them into a business friendly email copy. They are honest and transparent about what's working and what's not. We have come to trust them.
