Deadlines are always achieved and fortnightly meetings mean that dynamic focus is placed in the right areas. Excellent reporting, both in terms of quality and frequency facilities a results centred approach and means that key stakeholders are kept updated.

We needed a team with strong WordPress expertise to support our large e-commerce site and help resolve ongoing performance and reliability issues.

Soap Media carried out technical improvements to the site and support ongoing maintenance, including performance work such as cleaning up JavaScript, optimising images and improving image delivery.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since the improvements, our website performance has increased considerably, with faster load speeds and smoother functionality. We’ve also experienced far fewer technical issues, making the site more stable and dependable overall.

They consistently deliver work on time and communicate clearly throughout each stage of the project. The team is responsive, approachable, and always available to answer questions. They also provide flexible, practical solutions whenever challenges arise.

Their team is both friendly and highly knowledgeable, which makes them easy to work with. They respond quickly to any questions we have, and their communication is always clear. Work is consistently delivered on time, which gives us confidence in their reliability.

I’m a marketing executive at Matthew Marsden Furniture. MMF is a family-run company creating bespoke furniture. We design and manufacture furniture for all rooms in the home from kitchens and utility rooms to offices and tack rooms, we do it all.

We hired them for the design and development of our bespoke e-commerce website to increase appliance sales and simplify/enhance the user journey on our website.

Soap Media has designed and built our website. The team has also created a bespoke cabinet configurator, a quote and workflow system, a payment management system, and a user portal.

We don’t have any metrics yet, but we’re confident in the support we’ve received so far.

How did Soap Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Soap Media’s project management has been outstanding. Paige (Project Manager) has worked with us depending on where we are in the project. She’s very patient and understanding if there are delays. She’s also quick to respond if we need help. Overall, she’s been very informative throughout the whole process and has great communication skills.We’ve communicated via in-person meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

We’re very impressed with Paige, the design team, and Ryan (Lead Developer).

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

They’re all very easy to work with. They can explain even the most technical information to make it digestible. They’re very well-rounded professionals with a wealth of knowledge and experience. They’re also very patient and have great communication and problem-solving skills. The design team has done a great job using our existing branding to create a completely new website.

We needed help bringing in more leads. The company also wanted to learn about the ad process instead of just handing off the work.

Soap Media has been helping us run ads. The team has also been creating new ads and setting up the ad platform. Currently, the team is working on new ad ideas.

There are two teammates from Soap Media assigned to the project.

We found Soap Media through an online search. The team had the most options for the types of ads the company could do. Additionally, Soap Media was very transparent during the discovery call.

The company has spent $800 a month plus tax and ad spend.

The project started in July 2025, and it’s ongoing.

We have been getting 120 leads a month since working with Soap Media, compared to 20 leads a month before.

Soap Media has been very quick in terms of project management. We mainly communicate via email.

Megan has been impressed with the ability to talk with Soap Media and jump on calls to discuss plans and ideas.  Anna Roughley has been really helpful and on the ball.

There’s nothing Soap Media can improve on. The engagement has been great so far.

The Measurable outcomes have been determined by Revenue/ROAS as with any paid search campaigns.

We are in month 4 of working with Soap and the project management has been excellent. They are very responsive and quick to action on any issues that inevitably come up from time to time.

We are most impressed with their initial pitch and personable approach. We felt and still feel like we would be in safe hands.

It is still a little too early in the contracr to judge if there can be any major improvements made. The only slight issue has been an underspend on the monthly budget but not by a concerning amount.

The website has seen drastic improvements in the short space of time we've been working together. Mobile, forms and key word ranking are just handful of things we've already seen improvement in.

Things are delivered on time and nothing seems to much of an ask. The team are ultra responsive and come back with updates and new information within a matter of hours.
