We have found that Smartsites, and especially our Project Manager there, Drew, is an outstanding partner for us.  The level of organization and professionalism is really outstanding.  Here's what really blows our doors off though, they actually LISTEN to us! They are tuned in to our goals, our ideas, our direction, and they make it work.  They are not like other agencies who want to take your online presence etc and shove it down a path they have established and worked for them in the past.  We want to be on the cutting edge of what is happening now, and Drew and his team are super flexible on working TOGETHER to make it happen.  In case you didn't catch it, we are DELIGHTED with this partnership!

We were completely dissatisfied with our current company and contacted Smartsites after doing an online search.  From the very beginning, they made the transition as easy as it possibly could be.  Unlike our old company, Brandi and Mike are super responsive and thorough.  From the beginning, they had analyzed our needs and developed a roadmap for us to reach the goals that we had related. What stood out most was the custom tracking he built for us: a tailored budget-increase vs. ROAS & cost spreadsheet that rolls up performance across Google and Meta. This tool gives us channel-level visibility into spend, CPA, ROAS, and the projected revenue impact of budget changes—making decisions faster and more data-driven.

Darius, in particular, brings a level of precision and structure that’s rare—every report, recommendation, and test plan is clearly thought through and well-documented. Their blend of analytical rigor and creative insight makes SmartSites a truly well-rounded digital partner.

SmartSites has been a great partner overall, but one area for improvement would be having more in-person or video meetings to strengthen collaboration and build rapport with our internal team. This would help deepen alignment on goals and cross-functional updates.

Additionally, while their analytical and PPC expertise is excellent, greater integration with our brand’s visual and creative direction would make campaign execution even stronger. A bit more collaboration on creative guidance and brand tone could further elevate the synergy between performance data and visual storytelling.

Our sales increased almost immediatley with the help of SmartSites.  We saw lots of traffic on our ecommerce site within the first couple of weeks and a very health conversion rate.  We were assigned a very professional and detiled campaign manager named Haadi.  He was an expert at putting together a PPC ads strategy and implementing it effectively.  He also communicated during non-work hours and really went above and beyond to ensure success.
