He has been great about connecting us with other team members, which has helped speed up processes like getting surveys of our site and updating key functionalities that need to be updated.

He responded to our needs extremely well—proactively clarifying goals, adjusting budgets and targeting as conditions changed, and documenting next steps.

What stood out most was the custom tracking he built for us: a tailored budget-increase vs. ROAS & cost spreadsheet that rolls up performance across Google and Meta. This tool gives us channel-level visibility into spend, CPA, ROAS, and the projected revenue impact of budget changes—making decisions faster and more data-driven.

Even though we hired them primarily for PPC management, their broader marketing expertise really stood out. Darius, in particular, brings a level of precision and structure that’s rare—every report, recommendation, and test plan is clearly thought through and well-documented. Their blend of analytical rigor and creative insight makes SmartSites a truly well-rounded digital partner.

SmartSites has been a great partner overall, but one area for improvement would be having more in-person or video meetings to strengthen collaboration and build rapport with our internal team. This would help deepen alignment on goals and cross-functional updates.

Additionally, while their analytical and PPC expertise is excellent, greater integration with our brand’s visual and creative direction would make campaign execution even stronger. A bit more collaboration on creative guidance and brand tone could further elevate the synergy between performance data and visual storytelling.

Our sales increased almost immediatley with the help of SmartSites.  We saw lots of traffic on our ecommerce site within the first couple of weeks and a very health conversion rate.  We were assigned a very professional and detiled campaign manager named Haadi.  He was an expert at putting together a PPC ads strategy and implementing it effectively.  He also communicated during non-work hours and really went above and beyond to ensure success.
