Each period, we were emailed a detailed report with the performance of the SmartSite services and a comparable measurement to previous reports and compeditors. They also montoroed competition for us. Our leads and lead quality were siginificantly improved, our SEO optimization improved, our blogs all around improved, our back end of things improved.

Areas for Improvement:
Overall, our experience with SmartSites has been very positive. One area for potential improvement would be establishing clearer and more structured project timelines, particularly for larger initiatives like website development. While the team has been flexible and responsive—especially during delays on our end—more defined milestone dates and deliverable tracking could help streamline progress and set clearer expectations moving forward.

That said, their willingness to adapt and communicate openly has helped maintain momentum despite timeline shifts.

While the overall experience was very positive, there are two areas where SmartSites could improve. First, it would’ve been helpful to have real-time access to a campaign dashboard to monitor performance between scheduled reports. Second, I would have appreciated more proactive recommendations for additional services — such as SEO, social media, or website enhancements — that could complement the PPC efforts. I believe there was an opportunity to expand the relationship further, and I would have been open to exploring more ways to grow the business.
