Smart Web Ninja helps keep our website up to date. It's great having them to be able to update the website for us when needed because we don't really know how to do that ourselves.

They first built our website which they completed. Now they manage it on an ongoing basis. They are responsive and complete the requests given to fairly quickly. Not sure what else to say about measurable outcomes.

They were really communicative during the initial website build, responding to all our emails and answering our questions. They also let us know what they needed from us for the website build. Now that the website is built, they manage it for us on an ongoing basis.

When we need something updated, such as the Staff page, we just email their support email and they respond almost right away and get it done usually same day, sometimes next day.

What I love most about them is they do the updates for us so that I don't have to.

Smart Web Ninja delivered their services within expected timeframes. I delayed my opening, waiting for equipment deliveries for my business, thus I extended the time frame necessary to build out my website. They were patient with my delays and constantly stayed in touch.

Personal service. Very often with technology requests, everything is through a canned response via email and there is no interaction with the parties providing the service. Their experience guided me to not allow for rookie mistakes with my initial requests and I am still utilizing their services.

I talked with other service providers and none provided the “whole package” in alignment with Smart Web Ninja. I have no suggestions for areas of improvement:
