It was a pleasure to work with them and we are still working with them after 3 years. They have helped us greatly during the pandemic.

We searched online and interviewed many app developers but they were by far the best ones. They were fast, the programming is elegant and accurate, they really had the best skillsets for a dynamic range of problems.

He created a mobile app for us that we could use in registration, helped us to migrate all our data to the cloud, they used a method that can be utilized in both ios and android, they also helped us source for the technology that is needed for our registration system.

Dinghai was my main point of contact and he had a great team behind him. He was the project manager and under him there were programmers.

Within a month of launch, our workload has cut by at least 50% because the staff was relieved of having manually key in patients. Our workflow has opened up and it allowed us to handle more patients but in an effective manner.

Firstly, SEA gathered all the requirements and came out with a prototype. We discussed based on it and update the prototype to define the actual scope, using the prototype-method has clarified most of the requirement issues.

Then, we moved to the development stage. They updated us on a weekly basis which is impressive. Last is the UAT, we have done it together and confirmed the system can go live. Key deliverables include the system itself, user manual, 1 month of free support. SEA used ASP.NET to build the system.

There were 4 people working for this project, I mainly talked to Ding Hai who was pushing the project smoothly, his position is project manager, rest are software programmers

Well, I would say the CRM saves a lot of our effort and much easier to analyze our customer data. Now, we can make more sales based on all those data so I think this system indirectly improves the revenue.

SEA gave the weekly update, and we use Wechat to communicate. Overall, this was quite efficient.

All are ok, only when I was doing UAT I feel the site is a bit slow because their test server is not in our local, when the project went live the speed is good.
