It's released web platform working on http://www.wafflogistics.com URL which was build within our contract with TRIARE

Yes most of the time, if there was a delay this was because of 3rd party provider which did not reply fast. But everything was communicated in time

There is no MOST. I felt very well all the time. They reply within a few minutes. They always help and are friendly!

Sidekick Interactive led discovery workshops focused on orthotics scanning workflows, then designed and built native iOS apps in Swift that leverage LiDAR/TrueDepth/Structure Sensor inputs to capture high-quality 3D models. Deliverables included guided scan UX, mesh generation and cleanup with STL/OBJ export, secure data handling options, integrations with client APIs, analytics, and TestFlight distribution. Sidekick also partnered with us in client consultations and presales to align capabilities with business goals and ensure realistic timelines.

• Consistent STL/OBJ outputs suitable for downstream CAD/CAM.

Sidekick is the world leader in custom mobile apps that 3D-scan body parts. Their depth-sensing know-how and polish on native iOS are exceptional. Working with Greg is a major advantage—he understands both the technical constraints and the mobile product strategy, which keeps projects realistic, right-sized, and on schedule.

Sidekick Interactive helped us from the ground up. They led a discovery workshop to validate our concept, refine user journeys, and prioritize features. After that, they handled UX/UI design, native app development for iOS and Android, API integration, and database setup.

Key features of the solution include:

• Secure patient data entry compliant with healthcare guidelines.
• A real-time dashboard for clinicians.
• Integration with our existing back-end system.
• A mobile interface that is simple enough for non-technical staff to adopt quickly.
• In terms of technology, they used Figma, Swift, Kotlin, and Azure. Their team continues to provide ongoing maintenance and updates.

They integrated seamlessly into our workflows, adopting our Agile methodology. We had 2-week sprints, clear documentation, and great responsiveness. They often delivered faster than expected and always aligned with deadlines. We used Jira, Confluence, and Zoom to manage everything.

Sidekick Interactive wasn’t just executing tasks. They consistently suggested creative design improvements and offered technical solutions that we hadn’t considered. Their team felt like a real extension of ours rather than an external agency.

A more robust end-to-end QA process before delivery would save us some internal testing time, though overall their responsiveness in fixing small issues was excellent.
