I’m the director of an e-commerce company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Shree Balaji Technology?

Since we were a new company, we needed a partner that could create our website, promote our content, manage our social media marketing activities, and more.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Shree Balaji created our WordPress site from scratch, and they continue to maintain our platform and make changes to it. On the social media side, they’re responsible for our promotions, banners, and product uploads. Moreover, they provide live support chat to customers and SEO services which involve identifying Google keywords.

What is the team composition?

We work with three dedicated people, including one main point of contact that is in charge of the promotion aspect of the partnership.

How did you come to work with Shree Balaji Technology?

Shree Balaji was referred by a friend, and they were a new company like us. We decided to work with them because we liked their professionalism.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together around March 2017, and it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have seen good conversions and traffic on our site, and we’re averaging 40,000 users per day. On top of that, our SEO score is 90 out of 100. Shree Balaji is friendly, and they’re available to address issues even outside business hours. Overall, we’re satisfied with the work they’re providing.

How did Shree Balaji Technology perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via WhatsApp and email. We’ve experienced some delays, but it wasn’t their fault. Overall, they’re doing a good job.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They take their responsibilities seriously, and they work hard to satisfy their clients.

I'd like to see them meet more deadlines.

Work with them and treat them as friends — they’ll do anything for you if they’re treated with respect.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Content that they have was SEO optimised, my website within the first month was top listed on search-engine. Also CTA was effective, with an attractive design.

Usually we communicated through emails. But for minor changes, or editions we did used Skype. Their team was responsive, and they fulfilled my problem or requirements on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their USP which I see, was that they had their team available for all minor issues, and patient enough to explain me everything silly questions that I asked as I am bit tech-disabled, but they were responsive and solved all my queries.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They have an amazing team. And there is always an area of improvement. But me personally didn't faced any problem that I can point out.
