They got in touch with us and asked us if we wanted to try their social media services. We gave them a chance and they did a good job, so we continued to work with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2018, and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve had good results. Within one year, we have 17,000–18,000 followers. Craftee Advertisement is doing a very good job for us.

We have them do posts on particular days, like Valentine’s Day, Father’s Day, and Mother’s Day, and we’re getting more customers because of it. In general, we’re receiving more customer orders from the website.

How did Craftee Advertisement perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re responsive when we ask them to do something for us, and they deliver on time. We get results quickly. We’re satisfied.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re always available when we ask for something. They meet timelines, and they’re capable of providing good suggestions and options. When we ask them to come and photograph a product launch, they do.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It’s better than before was. I’d give them 8 out of 10 points.
