I didnt need to tell the what I wanted, but they were able to tell me what I needed, and they knew what they were taling about, from day one! They didnt just execute my vision they elevated to where it needed to be. They're professionals and know what they're doing.

Maybe a congratulations email from the heads of the company and the team I started with. As the process pgrogesses you get passed off to other people. But I know this project is much more personal to me than them, so its fine.

I could not recommend the Sher Agency more highly. They have been an absolute Godsend for our team. Axel, Max, and the rest of the team are all absolute professionals that you can rely on 100% of the time to not only get the job done but have it done well. 

Their professionalism honestly went above and beyond what I originally expected. It's like having another entire frontend engineering department that's amazing at what they do. Having a PM like Axel, who is honestly soooo beyond competent, it's not even funny, makes the whole process of working with the Sher Agency a breeze! I'd give them 100 stars if I could.

Honestly, I cannot quite think of anything other than some very rare times there were minor lapses in attention to detail in regard to design fidelity during implementation. But to be honest, those instances are so far and in between it's almost inconsequential.

His team was very thorough and responsive. I'm very happy with the design we received.

They set up our wordpress site and gave us access to preview it and request revisions. Setting up google analytics and google search console continues to help us measure website traffic and success.

The development process and content upload process took a little longer than anticipated, but that was ok with us. They were transparent in the delays and communicated to us via email. For the revision round, there was a very organized spreadsheet where we could write our revisions and track their status - super helpful

We just launched this month, so we have not yet seen the measurable outcomes regarding our site performacne; however, we were very pleased with the process and the responsiveness of the design and build. The team very clearly articulated the next steps and delivered accordingly.

The process was really well-developed, so communication was mostly able to be performed asynchronously via email.

The personalities were the highlight of the process. We really enjoyed working with each of the team members from Sher.

The main improvements could have been achieved from our side. Like most small, fast-growing businesses, we deprioritized this project against some of our client work. My advice to future clients of Sher is to dedicate project team members and invest the time early in the process to develop the content. This will help keep things on track and maximize the value you get from Sher and their team members.

The site wont launch for another few weeks as we finish up the details but the client is very happy so far with the test site and how it works.

I was mostly impressed with their speed. The main templates were done within 2 weeks where we could take over in populating content and building out pages. Fit our timeline perfectly.

It was our first time working with them so there maybe could have been more communication at times, but honestly they hit their dates and there were minor changes to make. To not have to babysit the project was glorious.
