Most importantly to me, I had a team that was operating with high expectations. We hired SEO Brand for their SEO services. We also needed them to manage our social media accounts and do some work on our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SEO Brand is working on growing our domain ranking and getting us to the first page via blogs and web page optimization. They're also cleaning things up and doing a lot of technical work on the backend. We've given them our existing keyword research and analytics, but they've devised their own system. We've added to it as we go.

SEO Brand is also on top of all our social media in terms of posting content. They create most of the content, but we generate some things for them to post, mainly without a specific strategy, and we handle the generated leads. They're constantly optimizing our website and adding new pages at our request. They also do UX/UI work, blog posts, and page optimization.

We have a team of 6–7 people working on our account. We have a primary point of contact who leads all our weekly calls. He's constantly in touch with us and is usually on top of the optimization. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

SEO Brand's results speak for themselves. We rank higher and get a lot of organic traffic and leads now. We've never been on the first page for anything, and generating organic business was very difficult; we depended a lot on Google Ads.

Now, 70% of our business comes from organic leads, and we're constantly ranked on the first page for many different assets, and if not first position, definitely a top five. Our domain ranking has increased, and we have many more backlinks now.

How did SEO Brand perform from a project management standpoint?

Overall, SEO Brand is great. If we happen to have different ideas, they suggest improvements, educate us, always treat us fairly, and do everything on time. We have no issues with their work.

We use Basecamp at their request and communicate regularly via Google Meet and email.

Let SEO Brand do their homework. Put your feelings about your business aside and listen to them because they know what they're talking about and what they're doing. We found them through a service provider search site. I looked at about two or three of these sites, and I believe Clutch was one of them. Still, I went with the one that seemed more consistent, and there I found SEO Brand.

I reached out to SEO Brand to start a conversation with them, and they quickly responded and scheduled a meeting. They were very courteous, kind, and informational, and the meeting was short. They got to the point, which was nice.

The scope of work for website design began with the discovery and strategy phase, where they created two homepage and ten subpage wireframe mockups to optimize user flow, including necessary revisions to finalize designs. The design phase involved developing and customizing two homepage templates and ten subpage templates, with room for design revisions to ensure alignment with brand standards and our expectations. 
Communication throughout the project was maintained through an initial kick-off meeting and five additional project meetings. For SEO, the process started with a kick-off meeting, followed by a comprehensive technical SEO audit, including core web vitals and the implementation of technical fixes. Data analysis and tracking setups informed ongoing SEO strategies.

We had an old e-commerce website based on BigCommerce, so I looked around for a company to help me update its design while staying on BigCommerce; it was a very important part of the project.

We cater to a 55+-year-old female customer. Thus, we needed this website to be easy to navigate and shop from. It couldn't have too many bells and whistles because my customer needed to see things in a straightforward way.

What was the scope of their involvement?
SEO Brand helped me redesign my website, implementing a fresh new look. Initially, we reviewed my current website and discussed what I liked and didn't like about its design. We also referenced other websites I liked.

After the initial call, we looked at predesigned themes on BigCommerce, and I selected the one I liked the most. Although there were many things I loved about that website, it didn't reflect my business's personality, and it had too many options I really didn't need. Therefore, SEO Brand spent a lot of time doing backend work to customize the theme and ensure that it could be applied to my products in the right way.

As a brick-and-mortar store, we sell physical gift cards, but we also sell digital gift cards through our website. As mentioned above, we cater to a more mature customer. Therefore, she was confused about what kind of gift card she was buying. One of the most unique features SEO Brand helped me with was implementing a layout on which the customer could easily see what kind of gift card was she buying so that she could get directed to the right link.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I’ve been working with SEO Brand for nearly six months and have seen a drastic improvement in the amount of clients I’m getting. So far, we’ve gotten about 10–12 clients thanks to SEO Brand’s efforts. 

Additionally, SEO Brand has done a great job with our website revamp. The site looks great, and SEO Brand always makes any needed changes immediately. 

I had previously worked for a law firm where I had to deal with other agencies and didn’t have good experiences, so I didn’t have high expectations for this project. However, I’m happy with SEO Brand and glad I found them — they’ve exceeded my expectations. 

Moreover, Mike is amazing. He’s young and brings loads of practical experience to his work. Mike is also always available and answers all my questions, no matter what they are. Overall, he’s very professional.

They meet deadlines and stay within the budget. SEO Brand uses the budget well, resulting in good value for money. The team is also accommodating; there was a period when they suspended the campaign as needed. 

I have monthly video calls with SEO Brand’s marketing team to discuss results and see if we need to tweak anything. Whenever I have a request, I email Mike or talk to other team members on the phone. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m most impressed with how SEO Brand can compete in the market. Other companies pay many thousands of dollars a month, and I can compete with them with a fraction of that thanks to SEO Brand.
