The product also has integrated AI tools, including chat and voice, to serve customers using multiple channels and make appropriate recommendations.

The commitment, dedication and passion to deliver a great product was the key to ensuring that teams were pushed beyond, which resulted in us building a great product.

The measurable goals were where the outcomes of reviews for our MVP were outstanding.

The ability to respond to design changes within a short period was exceptionally great.

The version management with internal DevOps teams were very well aligned.

The most impressive aspect of this company is their structured approach to team specialization and collaboration. Each team operates with a distinct focus—such as the design team, which remains dedicated to core design principles, while other teams concentrate on incorporating customer feedback and developing an intuitive design strategy. This dynamic requires careful coordination and strategic compromises between teams, a process effectively managed by the project manager and product manager to ensure seamless integration and alignment of objectives.

An area for improvement at Seative Digital could be enhancing the incorporation of more agile methodologies, such as iterative feedback loops, which could help reduce compromises and accelerate the alignment of design principles with user needs. Strengthening these aspects would enhance overall productivity and innovation.

I'm the CEO of Spottyr. We provide a mobile platform that helps personal trainers manage their business operations and connect with clients. Our aim is to promote healthier and happier lives through technology.

What challenge were you trying to address with Seative Digital?

We needed to build fresh, modern designs for our mobile application. When we started the process, it was pre- "vibecode" era, so we needed a well-laid-out design and prototype in Figma to guide our development process.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Seative Digital provided us with mobile app designs and prototypes in Figma, followed by website design and implementation. Our app was in the fitness and wellness space, so we needed it to be visually appealing and easy for users to navigate. The website and Figma file were built in a way that allowed us to easily pick them up and customize from there.

What is the team composition?

We primarily worked with around three teammates from Seative Digital, including Subash (Founder & CEO), but the other guys on the team were very competent and timely.

How did you come to work with Seative Digital?

I found Seative Digital through Fiverr. When I reviewed their profile, I saw that they had quality work done. After speaking with Subash and experiencing the professionalism that he and his team operated with, I decided to go with them for our project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from February to April 2024.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We had complete designs that helped us raise around $300,000 from investors. Having the designs and prototype was instrumental in giving our investors confidence that we could build a platform that would achieve product-market fit.

Seative Digital was very communicative. If anything, they were waiting on us to get back to them.

Seative Digital demonstrated to be adept at communication and understanding the goals we were setting out to achieve.

My co-founder is big on security, so making the transfer of ownership of the files a smoother process would have been good. Other than that, everything was good.
