SDLC Corp built an AI chatbot for the front end of easepetvet.com, handling lead generation across two distinct audiences: pet owners and veterinary hospitals across the U.S. and Canada. They also built AI automations for internal workflows related to customer onboarding and medication support for our behavior specialty service, reducing the manual load on our specialists and leadership. 

Several of these problems had been bogging us down for months with prior US-based development support. SDLC turned them into working prototypes to test in under a week, implemented changes from testing responsively, and brought specific implementation recommendations when I didn't know the right approach. They have continued as our go-to development and technical support resource since the initial builds shipped. 

Key deliverables: dual-audience lead generation chatbot, customer onboarding automation, medication support workflow automation, ongoing development and support.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Workflows that had been stalled for months went from concept to working prototype in under a week, and from prototype to live implementation shortly after. The lead generation chatbot is live on our site serving both audience segments, pet owners and veterinary hospitals. The onboarding and medication support automations are in production and have measurably reduced the manual workload on our specialists and leadership team. Everything shipped fast, worked as promised, and exceeded what I had gotten from US-based support at many times the cost. The engagement has continued into ongoing development and support because the results earned it.

Incredibly accommodating. They were available essentially all the time despite a significant time zone difference, including during my own travel. It enabled centralized patient tracking, real-time disease monitoring, streamlined reporting, and analytics for public health programs covering diabetes, hypertension, tuberculosis, cancer, leprosy, and malaria. The success of these deployments has also led to expansion into additional governance solutions, including legal case management and grievance management platforms for district administrations.

Here's a balanced response that sounds authentic while remaining positive. Overall, the experience was very positive. If there is one area for improvement, it would be expanding user training and documentation during the initial rollout so that new users can adopt the platform more quickly. As the solution continues to scale across departments, additional self-service guides and training sessions would further enhance the user experience.
