To create this project, we leveraged AWS services. Serving customer organizations and the RAK Wireless support staff in their tasks of setting up and developing IoT networks is the important characteristic. The primary objectives are: 

1. Dedicated spaces should be made available to each client so they may securely manage their IoT networks and devices. 

2. Facilitating rapid network deployment (onboarding and initial configuration of IoT gateways). 

3. Streamline maintenance procedures: 

• Enable rapid hardware replacement and network configuration changes. . 
• Activate network status tracking and problem resolving.
• Enable quick updates to the most recent firmware version and visibility of the current device firmware versions.
• Tools for direct device management (SSH sessions) should be available. 

4. Give customers access to tools for better customer service and problem solutions.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

One year after the project's inception, we sent the first draft along to our helpful beta tester. We begin the subscription method to make money after six months. Most consumers who have reached the end of the test period so far are ready to keep using the product and switch to a paid membership.

The project management approach is rapid and extremely effective. Email, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and other tools are used everyday for communication.

When we are debating a product or concept, the Scalan Labs team can put themselves in our position and do a technical feasibility study and market study before giving us a list of solutions with obvious benefits and drawbacks. It saves a ton of time, and from the possibilities available, I can select the one that best suits our company's requirements.

In terms of product development, they excel. When we want to fully cover all user scenarios, we may spend 80% of our time on 20% of our personnel. However, they may potentially increase the danger during our conversation, so all things considered, I feel happy about the project's development and execution.
