What business challenge were you trying to address with Sayenko Design?

We needed to create a website for our company. Many of our competitors had websites and better marketing than our group.

Sayenko Design was hired to market our group and build our website.

How did you come to work with Sayenko Design?

I knew their owner, although I initially contacted another firm in Seattle. I decided that they were not the best choice, given their lack of responsiveness. I appreciated that Sayenko Design got back in touch and scheduled a meeting with us quickly. I also looked at their previous work and liked it. With my previous firm, I had spent a couple of months simply trying to get the work started.

Could you provide a sense of the size of this initiative in financial terms?

The total development cost was $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

For the most part, the project is finalized. We're working on some final details on our end, which have to do with approval from our parent company. Sayenko Design is also creating a logo design, letterheads, business cards, and other material for our business.

Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?

In terms of quality, we've received great feedback from family, friends, and co-workers. Sayenko Design's work has been exactly what we needed in terms of adding some credibility and professionalism to our group.

How did Sayenko Design perform from a project management standpoint?

They were good in terms of listening to our requests, and built our page based on common elements found on competitors' websites. Some suggestions didn't apply to my business in particular as much as they would apply to a normal, retail business, but they've never been afraid to give us ideas, whether or not we went with them.

I appreciated their creativity and prompt response time.

No. Everything was delivered as expected.

I’m the associate digital marketing manager for a company that designs and manufactures a wide range of spectator seating solutions, including fixed and portable chairs, telescopic platforms, and learning systems for venues such as stadiums, schools, and arenas worldwide.

We needed to transfer our website to WordPress and create a custom design with custom features and very little to no plug-ins.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sayenko Design designed and assisted in building our website on WordPress. The team created a full website build with custom functionality and a custom theme.

We found Sayenko Design through an online search and a referral. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings and good value for the cost.

We worked together from June 2024–March 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Sayenko Design delivered theme and wireframe development, page builds, and the website launch. The site's faster performance was a main goal, and it improved significantly.

How did Sayenko Design perform from a project management standpoint?

Sayenko Design's project management was good; they delivered on time. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messages.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Sayenko Design was incredibly flexible with our schedules and forgiving when we missed deadlines on our end. I would recommend working with them.

I didn't think there was anything they could improve on.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Towards the end of our project we were attending a tradeshow and wanted the new site to go live prior to short notice. Mike made it happen to ensure we had a greatly improved site to showcase to new prospective customers.

We found that while the project management portal was useful, it was difficult to navigate and not intuitive.

I'm the owner of an IT Managed Services Company. We provide Cyber-Security offerings and managed IT services.

For what projects/services did your company hire Sayenko Design, and what were your goals?

I hired Sayenko Design for a re-design of my website to provide better exposure of my company to the public. I wanted to get a custom made video or two, and a re-design of the logo and website top to bottom.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was referenced by another previous customer of Sayenko design.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss what the expectation were and we were able to knock it out slowly over a year as I was swamped with other tasks and a couple Vacations. Still came out great!

There was about 3 to 4 staff members that helped work with me and get the site up and going.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The deliverables were amazing and turned out exactly how we discussed the project. Mike and his team were there every step of the way and very communicative.

Sayenko's design tools gave us an easy to manage message board where we could all talk and keep track of assignments of the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The quality of the work is impeccable. Definitely recommend to another client if I'm ever asked about website design.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not that I can think of. Even though the project was stretched out, communication never failed.

We had worked with Sayenko on past website for our subsidiary companies. They did amazing work at a reasonable cost, and provided great customer service.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Project completion was a major achievement for our leadership team and Board of Directors. Although we experienced some launch delays due to internal factors and competing priorities, Sayenko kept us on time and budget in large part. The final product was incredible, and has garnered positive feedback from colleagues, shareholders and fellow companies.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Mike at Sayenko served as the vendor PM, and I served as the Chugach PM. Sayenko's PM tool was very effective as a communication and task management tool, keeping everyone informed of project progress.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They're cost to work product ratio is compelling. They have a small, lean team and make efforts to keep the project costs down. Still, the final product is what you'd expect with a larger org.
