Their ability to narrow down a design based on a rather intensive and yet speedy auditing process allowed them to start designing options rather quickly.  The options they offered were so close to what our final project ended up being. The process felt smooth and painless.

Savas is in the top end of our price range, so while we're in start-up/non-revenue phase, we need to use them more sparsely than we'd like.

The Teamwork tool used to exchange information back and forth was a bit cumbersome.

I am the creator and owner of my product, Tonado

For what projects/services did your company hire Savas Labs, and what were your goals?

I hired Savas Labs to design and help develop a mobile app that would provide music content to be shared from artist to fan. I wanted Savas to make this product different from anything on the market while still giving the user familiarity in how the navigate their daily apps. And they exceeded my expectations!

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I selected the vendor using Clutch, funny enough. The deciding factors were affordability, prior case studies, and reputation.

For my product Tonado, from start to finish, I wanted to create and design an app that gave users a similar experience to what their used to using with their normal music streaming apps. First started the planning, then the base design, then the smaller details, and finally the fine tuning of details. Every step of the way, the team at Savas was communicative and extremely well knowledgeable about the development process.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I had 3 primary contacts in Drew, Simon, and Chelsea. Drew and Simon were the designer and developers and Chelsea was the project manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Perfect all the way around! I am now ready to sell my product to a large conglomerate and I feel confident about the product thanks to Savas!

We had almost weekly meetings, the timetables and deadlines were all laid out through an online schedule with Gantt chart organization.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their responsiveness, their creativity, and their friendliness were impressive! I actually tried to find negative things to say about Savas, but honestly I have not one criticism. I will definitely work with them in the near future!
